Os montadores também são excelentes. Gostamos mto do resultado final!!!

Excellent service, very attentive sellers, we were attended by Vasco da Alta Linha do Tauste, who helped us in every detail, as well as Denis, who was super careful when analyzing our project, observing the measurements, showing us what best fit the project, the team was so careful and professional, that they managed to improve the existing project even more (lol), making it even more beautiful and modern. The fitters are also excellent. We really liked the final result!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um atendimento de primeira e vendedor muito atencioso vendendo um produto de melhor qualidade no mercado (Isso no ato da compra). Mas no pós venda, é que tudo ficou transparente, toda a boa imagem mostrada veio a cair.
Comprei 2 poltronas com entrega para 30 de janeiro prazo que foi extrapolado em 15 dias sem ninguém saber informar o porquê do atraso. Liguei diversas vezes na loja para entender o porquê do atraso. Em um momento diziam que o caminhão já estava parado no estoque descarregando o meu produto, em outro que o caminhão havia saído da fábrica já fazia uma semana e não tinha chegado em Sorocaba e que não sabiam onde estava ou quando chegaria pois não possuíam o rastreio do mesmo. Fui pessoalmente na loja, conversei com uma pessoa que se identificou como gerente, passei a ele todo o ocorrido inclusive que recebi visitas em casa e tive que improvisar com cadeiras, visto que as poltronas eram para me atender nesta ocasião. Ele me disse com toda convicção que no dia seguinte me daria uma solução pela manhã. Se quer me ligou. No décimo quinto dia finalmente chegaram as poltronas, o montador no ato da entrega já estava lá, tudo perfeito até um parafuso espanado não permitir a montagem de uma das poltronas , tendo que abrir uma assistência técnica e aguardar por mais 4 dias. Voltou a poltrona montada , porém existia uma folga anormal do assento com relação a base giratória dos pés. Falei com a loja e me disseram que essa folga era normal.Todavia uma poltrona estava perfeita sem folga e a outra com folga, não podia ser normal. Fiz um vídeo e mandei pra loja onde puderam constatar que realmente existia o problema.
Eu não encontrei na loja Alta Linha comprometimento com o pós venda e tão pouco a qualidade vendida, no produto que a mim foi entregue ( parafuso espanado, pés sem pintura e folga). As palavras que definem bem é: Decepção e indignação.

I bought 2 armchairs with delivery for January 30, a deadline that was extrapolated by 15 days without anyone knowing why the delay. I called the store several times to understand why the delay. At one point they said that the truck was already stopped in stock unloading my product, at another time that the truck had left the factory for a week and had not arrived in Sorocaba and that they did not know where it was or when it would arrive because they did not have the tracking the same. I personally went to the store, talked to a person who identified himself as the manager, I told him everything that had happened, including that I received visitors at home and had to improvise with chairs, since the armchairs were to serve me on this occasion. He told me with all conviction that the next day he would give me a solution in the morning. If you want, call me. On the fifteenth day, the seats finally arrived, the assembler was already there at the time of delivery, everything was perfect until a dusted screw did not allow the assembly of one of the seats, having to open a technical assistance and wait for another 4 days. The chair came back assembled, but there was an abnormal clearance of the seat in relation to the swivel base of the feet. I spoke to the store and they told me that this gap was normal. However, one armchair was perfect with no gap and the other one with a gap, it couldn't be normal. I made a video and sent it to the store where they could see that the problem really existed.
I did not find in the Alta Linha store any commitment to the after-sales service, nor the quality sold, in the product that was delivered to me (spanned screw, unpainted feet and clearance). The words that define it well are: Disappointment and outrage.
