Comprei dois galões por indicação desse vendedor e com apenas um dei 3 demãos e pintei mais duas paredes menores com a mesma quantidade de demãos e ainda sobrou um pouco. Resumo, fiquei com um galão imprestável em casa que mofará sem uso.
Conversando por telefone passaram informações concretas de metragem, e informaram a não possibilidade da troca, o que em minha cabeça configura extrema má fé do vendedor no momento de vender. Sai no prejuízo, para você que vai comprar nesse local aconselho já saber a quantidade que comprará, pois pode ser mais um alvo desse tipo de situação.
As I am a layman on the subject, I went to consult the seller about the amount of paint to paint a specific wall footage (something common in these establishments) and I got on very badly. I bought two gallons at the recommendation of this seller and with just one I gave 3 coats and painted two more smaller walls with the same number of coats and there was still a little left. In summary, I got a useless gallon at home that will mold without use.
Talking on the phone, they provided concrete footage information, and informed that the exchange was not possible, which in my mind represents the seller's extreme bad faith when selling. It comes at a loss, for you who are going to buy in that place I advise you to know the quantity you will buy, as it may be another target of this type of situation.
