★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não fechem negócio com essa imobiliária, fechei negócio em dezembro paguei parte da entrada e estou com problemas de entrega de documentação, descaso total de todos os envolvidos no processo, não tenho resolução do problema. Era para eu ter pego a documentação para dar entrada em financiamento em 30/04, até a data de hoje não recebi os documentos, eles colocam culpa em todos é nunca se responsabilizam ou resolvem o problema. Pense muito bem antes de fechar negócio com essa empresa o sonho da minha casa própria virou um pesadelo, é até hoje não consegui nada, nem mudar nem resolver os problemas de manutenção do imóvel, nenhum dos envolvidos do contrato tem palavra e fazem por onde, o último problema foi devolvido documento do cartório por erro de digitação, após 10 meses é inaceitável. Não recomendo de forma alguma. Além de tudo o dono da empresa vive me precionando para rescindir o contrato sem que eu tenha ao menos os meus direitos de multa rescisória, e ainda ameaça não quer então espera e já era. Além de tudo ainda terei problemas para receber a multa de atraso na entrega dos documentos pois o anuente segundo o dono não possui verba para pagamento na data em que sair a documentação. Caso precisem de referências ou queira entender o que houve estarei a disposição com todas as evidências.
Don't close a deal with this real estate agency, I closed a deal in December, I paid part of the down payment and I'm having problems with the delivery of documentation, total neglect of everyone involved in the process, I don't have a solution to the problem. I was supposed to get the documentation for funding on April 30, until today I have not received the documents, they blame everyone and never take responsibility or solve the problem. Think carefully before closing a deal with this company, the dream of my own home has become a nightmare, and until today I have not managed anything, neither to change nor to solve the property's maintenance problems, none of those involved in the contract have a word and do wherever, the last problem was returned document from the registry due to typographical error, after 10 months it is unacceptable. I don't recommend it at all. Besides everything, the owner of the company keeps asking me to terminate the contract without me even having my rights to a fine, and he still threatens not to, so wait and it's gone. Furthermore, I will still have problems receiving the fine for late delivery of documents as the consenting party, according to the owner, does not have the amount for payment on the date the documentation is issued. If you need references or want to understand what happened, I will be available with all the evidence.
