★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior imobiliária de Santo André, tive tanto transtorno emn3 anos que tive diversas vezes que ligar direto ao proprietário para resolver os problemas.
E ainda não satisfeitos quando sair de julho21 descontaram do caução 100 reais caso houvesse dívidas da energia elétrica, mesmo as minhas contas estão em débito automático, pois bem, falaram que iam devolver e já cansei de mandar msg não me responderam e não me devolveram meus 100 reias
Hoje se fosse mpagar a conta de energia com m certeza seriapelo menos 200 reais
Mas sumiram
Worst real estate in Santo André, I had so much trouble in 3 years that I had to call the owner directly to solve the problems.
And still not satisfied when leaving July21, they deducted 100 reais from the deposit in case there were electricity debts, even my bills are in automatic debit, well, they said they would return it and I'm tired of sending messages they didn't answer me and they didn't return my 100 reais
Today if I were to pay the energy bill, it would certainly be at least 200 reais
but they disappeared
