I didn't like the service - both in-house and the installation team. The company appears to be "doing the customer a favor". Never!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei fazer uma manutenção com adaptação em uma esquadria em meu apartamento, primeiramente perguntei se faziam esse tipo de serviço e obtive como resposta que faziam pequenos reparos e serviços então, solicitei uma visita ao meu apartamento para que fosse feito o orçamento e ficaram de retornar a ligação para agendar. Demoraram três dias após a ligação para marca a vista mesmo eu ligando pedindo confirmação, mas depois de muito custo e com muita instencia de minha foram até lá. Depois de ir, demoraram muito para realizar o orçamento mais uma semana, liguei e procurei varias vezes até que novamente foram ao meu apartamento para medir e dizer novamente que fariam, marcaram a data para realização, porém me ligaram desmarcando e ficaram de remarcar. Liguei dois dias após e me disseram que HAVIAM OUTROS TRABALHOS GRANDES, dos quais deram prioridade e não podiam remarcar, por fim desistir. foram duas semanas de vai vem, me senti desrespeitado e não recomendo, pois fizeram pouco caso, poderiam ter me dito desde o primeiro contato que nao realizariam por muito trabalho, e que a pequenos serviços não poderiam dar atenção, porém me empurraram com a barriga fazendo perder meu tempo.
Concluo com, se você precisa fazer um grande serviço, pode ser que você seja atendido com eficiência, caso não, não perca seu tempo com eles!
I had to do some maintenance with adaptation in a square in my apartment, first asked if they did this kind of service and got an answer that they made minor repairs and services, then I requested a visit to my apartment to make the budget and were to return to call to schedule. It was two weeks back, I felt disrespected and I do not recommend it, because they made little point, could have told me from the first contact that they would not do much work, and that small services could not pay attention, but pushed me with the belly Wasting my time.
I conclude with, if you need to do a great job, you may be served efficiently, otherwise don't waste your time with them!
