★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não respeitou os direitos do consumidor! Fiz um pedido no dia 08/09/2020 diretamente na loja dele informando as medidas e com a conferência da própria funcionária. Foi dado um prazo de 7 a 15 dias úteis. No dia 22/09 ( 7 dias úteis) entrei em contato para saber se já estava pronta, mas me informou que ainda estava na produção e fábrica colocou o meu pedido para o dia 30/09 por falta de matéria prima. No dia 02/10 liguei novamente para me informar se tinha mudado alguma coisa no prazo do meu pedido e ele me informou que já estava pronto e que ele iria buscar na fábrica e me avisaria. Bom de fato depois de todo o atraso minha peça só chegou na loja no dia 08/10 (22 dias úteis depois) e para a minha surpresa não veio com a medida que estava no recibo conforme havia sido conferido com a funcionária. Eu entendo que problemas acontecem e a única coisa que eu pedi foi que dessem prioridade no meu pedido pois já estava esperando a 22 dias úteis. Depois ele me ligou informando que não seria possível priorizar e que eu teria que aguardar mais 15 dias úteis para que a fábrica confeccionasse novamente com as medidas corretas. Total descaso com o cliente. Meu pedido foi um pedido pequeno R$70,00, inclusive fui tratado com descaso pela funcionária B****** que disse com essas palavras: “Já falei com o Sr. P***** que não vale a pena pegar pedido pequeno”. Uma empresa que não sabe tratar bem e resolver esse tipo de problema com “cliente pequeno” pra mim não tem ética e não sabe tratar com isonomia seus clientes.

Após conversarmos novamente, conseguimos entrar em um acordo onde a Ricarte Vidros conseguiu outro fornecedor para atender o meu medido em um prazo menor do que o anterior. Fiquei muito grato pelo empenho da empresa em resolver o meu problema.
Por isso nada mais justo que rever o meu comentário.

You have not respected consumer rights! I placed an order on 08/09/2020 directly in his store informing the measures and with the conference of the employee herself. Well, in fact, after all the delay, my piece only arrived at the store on 10/8 (22 working days later) and to my surprise it did not come with the measure that was on the receipt as it had been checked with the employee. I understand that problems happen and the only thing I asked for was to give priority to my order because I was already waiting for 22 working days. Then he called me saying that it would not be possible to prioritize and that I would have to wait another 15 working days for the factory to make it again with the correct measures. Total neglect with the customer. My order was a small order R $ 70.00, I was even treated with contempt by the employee B ****** who said with these words: “I already spoke with Mr. P ***** that it is not worth taking small order ”. A company that does not know how to treat and solve this type of problem with a “small client” for me is unethical and does not know how to treat its customers equally.

After talking again, we were able to enter into an agreement where Ricarte Vidros got another supplier to meet mine measured in a shorter period than the previous one. I was very grateful for the company's commitment to solving my problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Sr Paulo foi pontual quando marcamos a primeira vez pra ele fazer o orçamento, que é algo que eu valorizo muito. Foi rápido e objetivo na visita, entendeu o que pedi e em coisa de 40minutos depois eu recebi pelo whatsapp o orçamento com o valor.
Todos são muito educados.
A instalação foi feita dentro do prazo que ele pediu e ficou lindo! Só elogios e agradecimento.
Mr Paulo was punctual when we set the first time for him to do the budget, which is something I really appreciate. The visit was quick and objective, he understood what I asked for and in 40 minutes later I received the budget with the amount on whatsapp.
Everyone is very polite.
The installation was done within the deadline he asked for and it was beautiful! Just praise and thanks.

Pesquisei slghmas empresas e realizei esse sonho quando casei, encomendei nessa empresa.
E foi tudo certinho, tempo, qualidade, experiência.
Tempo passou, eu toda feliz com meu espelho e o pior aconteceu.???
Crianças em casa de férias, brincando de skate, bateu no espelho e quebrou. Fiquei triste, logo entrei em contato com a empresa, pensando em aproveitar o espelho.
Mas analisando vi que não valeria a pena o custo e tamanho q ficaria.
Encomendei outro novo, passei as mesma medidas do anterior.
Perguntei se aceitaria o espelho que quebrou( pois tinha um pedaço que daria p aproveitar)
Prazo de entrega 5 a 7 dias.
Me entregou ontem, exatamente como pedi, instalaram onde eu desejava e mais uma feliz feliz estou.

I always wanted a big mirror.
I researched slghmas companies and made this dream come true when I got married, I ordered from this company.
And it was all right, time, quality, experience.
Time passed, I was all happy with my mirror and the worst happened.???
Kids at home on vacation, playing skateboard, hit the mirror and broke. I was sad, so I contacted the company, thinking about taking advantage of the mirror.
But analyzing I saw that it would not be worth the cost and size q would be.
I ordered a new one, I used the same measurements as the previous one.
I asked if you would accept the mirror that broke (because there was a piece that I could use)
Delivery time 5 to 7 days.
Delivered to me yesterday, exactly as I asked, they installed where I wanted and I'm more happy happy.
Super recommend, service, delivery, quality and good price.
