Combinei aluguel por telefone e email de um carro para 9 dias. Carro estava sujo, na reserva, cheio de riscados, e não tinha ar condicionado, ou seja, em nada era como eu havia solicitado e combinado. Pedimos para trocar de carro e no outro dia, após esperarmos quase 3h, enviaram um carro pior, mais sujo, mais velho, sem direção, todo destruído. Transtornada eu ainda fiquei com o carro pra pelo menos fazer 1 passeio até pq já tínhamos perdido a manhã quase toda esperando a troca.! Mal pude chegar no destino e o CARRO ME DEIXOU NA MÃO. Fiquei muito chateada pq pelo telefone eles eram atenciosos e tinham preço bom. LEDO ENGANO. BARATO SAIU CARO E ENROLADO.

I agreed to rent a car by phone and email for 9 days. The car was dirty, in the reserve, full of scratches, and had no air conditioning, that is, it was nothing like I had requested and agreed. We asked to change cars and the next day, after waiting almost 3 hours, they sent a worse, dirtier, older car, without direction, all destroyed. Upset I still had the car to at least take 1 ride until we had already lost most of the morning waiting for the exchange.! I was barely able to reach the destination and the CAR DID LET ME IN HAND. I was very upset because on the phone they were attentive and had a good price. LEDO MISTAKE. CHEAP IT WAS EXPENSIVE AND WRAPPED.

Além de possuírem uma lataria toda estragada (todo arranhado, amassado e caindo aos pedaços literalmente), não possui manutenção mecânica (VOCÊ PODE ESTAR COLOCANDO A SUA FAMÍLIA EM RISCO !!) Na virada de 2018-2019 fui para Porto Seguro e como decidi tudo de última hora estava difícil conseguir veículo. Entrei em contato com a Locadora, e o senhor Jader (proprietário da empresa) me atendeu super bem. Quando vi o carro fiquei pé atrás, afinal, as condições do veículo eram precárias. Entretanto, Jader já possui sua técnicas para convencer seu público a entrar NUMA ROUBADA. O fato de eu estar acompanhado de uma senhora de 73 anos e a "conversa de vendedor do Jader" me levaram a arriscar. Aluguei 3 diárias. Na segunda diária, fui para trancoso (60 km de Porto) e adivinhem, o carro quebrou na estrada por um problema na bomba de injeção (isso era umas 9 horas) !!! Liguei para o Jader e ele disse que ia resolver. Disse que não tinha veículo reserva e que era pra eu pegar um táxi que ele me reembolsava. Fiz o combinado e Jader me entregou o veículo em trancoso 19 horas !!! Ou seja, tive a diária perdida e o prejuízo do táxi porque ele "desconversou" apesar da minha insistência. No terceiro dia, acreditem ou não, o carro simplesmente não ligava. Jader foi na pousada buscar o carro (isso era umas 8 hrs) e disse que ia resolver. Passaram-se 24 Hrs e o carro não apareceu. Retornei para BH e Jader se comprometeu a restituir ao menos o valor de uma diária. Já se passaram 10 dias e nada !!! REPITO, NÃO ALUGUEM CARRO NESSA EMPRESA. Além de não terem a menor condição de atuarem no ramo que pretendem atuar, são caloteiros e desonestos !!!
DO NOT RENT A CAR WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Cars are completely scrapped. In addition to having a completely ruined bodywork (all scratched, dented and literally falling apart), it has no mechanical maintenance (YOU MAY BE PUTTING YOUR FAMILY AT RISK!!) At the turn of 2018-2019 I went to Porto Seguro and how I decided everything at the last minute it was difficult to get a vehicle. I got in touch with the Rental, and Mr. Jader (owner of the company) assisted me very well. When I saw the car I was standing back, after all, the condition of the vehicle was precarious. However, Jader already has his techniques to convince his audience to enter A STOLEN. The fact that I was accompanied by a 73-year-old lady and the "Jader salesman conversation" led me to take a risk. I rented 3 nights. On the second day, I went to Trancoso (60 km from Porto) and guess what, the car broke down on the road due to a problem with the injection pump (that was about 9 hours) !!! I called Jader and he said he would fix it. He said he didn't have a spare car and that I was supposed to take a taxi and he would reimburse me. I made the arrangement and Jader gave me the vehicle in stride for 19 hours !!! In other words, I had the lost night and the loss of the taxi because it "unconverted" despite my insistence. On the third day, believe it or not, the car just wouldn't start. Jader went to the inn to get the car (this was about 8 hrs) and said he would solve it. 24 Hrs passed and the car did not show up. I returned to BH and Jader promised to refund at least one night's rate. It's been 10 days and nothing!!! I REPEAT, DO NOT RENT A CAR IN THIS COMPANY. In addition to not having the slightest condition to work in the field they intend to act, they are deadbeats and dishonest !!!
