Atendem somente presencial e se prepare para esperar no mínimo uma hora pra conseguirem te passar o valor de um orçamento.
Telephone service is non-existent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários preguiçosos e nem dão atenção para o cliente .... liguei antes de ir e tinha o material ... chegando lá falaram que não tinha e que já tinha ACABADO HA UMA SEMANA !!!! Péssimo atendimento!!!
The employees are lazy and don't even pay attention to the customer.... I called before going and they had the material... when they got there they said they didn't have it and that it had already ENDED A WEEK !!!! Terrible attendance!!!

Uma pena uma empresa desse tamanho com grande potencial ter vendedores tão ruins e lentos.
Compro em outra cidade se for o caso mas nessa loja nunca mais compro nada.
Service to be terrible has to improve a lot!
It's a shame for a company of this size with great potential to have such bad and slow salespeople.
I buy in another city if that is the case but in this store I never buy anything again.
