★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo site, loja aparentemente organizada, mas atendimento péssimo. Eles param para o almoço, o que acho super estranho não ter uma escala de almoço, mas até aí tudo bem. O problema é que não adianta chegar no horário que eles apresentam. Eles param de trabalhar antes das 12h! Chegue até 11h00 e cruze os dedos para que não te deixem na mão. Senão só 13h15 e olhe lá...
 Great site, apparently organized store, but terrible service. They stop for lunch, which I think is super strange not having a lunch schedule, but so far so good. The problem is that it is useless to arrive at the time they have. They stop working before 12pm! Arrive by 11 am and cross your fingers so they won't let you down. If not at 1:15 pm and look there ...

Não recomendo, apenas se for urgente. Melhor ir na loja P.S Kagamassa.
Terrible attendance. It takes time to go through the checkout and even worse on delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento de vendas bom, em compensação entrega do material péssima, aguardei mais de uma hora e meia, para poder pagar e não fui chamado. Acabei desistindo e comprei no kagamassa, vocês deveriam fazer estágio com eles na parte de logística.
Good sales service, on the other hand, poor delivery of the material, I waited more than an hour and a half to pay and I was not called. I ended up giving up and bought it at kagamassa, you should do an internship with them in the logistics part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tem como dar zero estrela pra avaliar? somos reféns deles pq são o único na região e sempre foi desse jeito. Demorado e pouca disposição dos funcionários. Pior que dizem lamentar a experiência ruim que temos lá, porém não mudam pra melhorar. É uma pena que seja assim, pois a empresa é boa e tem bom material e preço. Uma pena mesmo que não mudam. E pelo WhatsApp retornam na mesma morosidade da loja física. media 2h pra mais

Terrible service, if you came here you have to stay for lunch and dinner, because the delay is guaranteed. I'm two hours to remove 3 aluminum bars and detail, it's empty. HORRIBLE place!
