Although the company is geared towards locksmiths and builders, they always served me in what I needed, sometimes in just one piece, but always helpful, attentive and concerned salespeople, mega fair value, I keep going. you are to be congratulated, as it is good to know that there is still a company with a fair price and loyal service.

O vendedor passou a tarde enrolando, garantindo que o problema seria resolvido antes de entrarem de férias! Liguei várias vezes pedido um retorno já que era o último dia para resolvermos, mandei mensagem. Simplesmente deu 18:00 desligou o telefone e a gente que se dane tendo que arcar com um erro deles! Uma falta de respeito, sem compromisso. Pouco profissional!
I received a delivery of profiles in the wrong color today 12/21. Tomorrow the employees go on vacation! The seller spent the afternoon stalling, making sure the problem was resolved before they went on vacation! I called several times asking for a return as it was the last day for us to resolve, I sent a message. It was just 18:00, they hung up the phone and we can be damned having to bear their mistake! A lack of respect, no commitment. Unprofessional!
