Fechamos negócio com a empresa, o vendedor disse que iria entregar nossas portas e janelas até o dia 30/11, depois foi prorrogado para 11/12, porém até agora o serviço está incompleto.
Foram na minha empresa hoje, instalaram metade dos itens que comprei, 3 janelas compramos com vidro acústico e foi colocado no lugar um vidro comum “provisório”, não me deram prazo para entregar as demais peças que estão faltando e o pior, deixaram a porta de entrada sem a fechadura.
Estou indo no PROCON 2f reclamar dos meus direitos, pois o vendedor só me enrola quando entramos em contato.
Cuidado, pois quando você solicita um orçamento a empresa te promete tudo e não cumpre!!

We closed a deal with the company, the seller said he would deliver our doors and windows until 11/30, then it was extended to 12/11, but so far the service is incomplete.
They went to my company today, installed half of the items I bought, 3 windows we bought with acoustic glass and a regular “provisional” glass was put in place, they didn't give me time to deliver the other pieces that are missing and the worst, they left the door entrance without the lock.
I'm going to PROCON 2f to complain about my rights, because the seller only rolls me up when we get in touch.
Be careful, because when you request a quote the company promises you everything and does not deliver !!
