★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi decepcionante o setor de vendas. Não sabem negociar. Fazem propaganda de Argo no valor de R$ 42990, mas quando chega na concessionária diz que o estoque foi vendido. Pior que ainda continuam com essa propaganda no rádio depois de ter ido lá. Acabei comprando o carro na Estação Fiat.
 The sales department was disappointing. They don't know how to negotiate. They advertise Argo in the amount of R$ 42990, but when it arrives at the dealership it says that the stock has been sold. Worse still, they continue with this advertisement on the radio after having gone there. I ended up buying the car at Fiat Station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é cordial; a sala de espera é boa, mas o cafezinho fica no salão de vendas. Recentemente fiz nessa loja um serviço demorado no motor de um Uno e ao recebê-lo, o carro estava imundo. O atendente informou que a loja não limpa/lava os carros em manutenção.
The service is cordial; the waiting room is good, but the coffee is in the sales hall. I recently did a long service on the engine of a Uno at this store and when I received it, the car was filthy. The attendant reported that the store does not clean / wash the cars under maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima , a vendedora me apresentou os carros que segundo ela "fazia nosso perfil", como ela sabia o ''meu perfil''? pedi pra ver os outros carros e ela fez total descaso, comprei o carro em outra loja só por causa do atendimento, uma falta de respeito e educação, é inaceitável esse tipo de atendimento .
My experience was terrible, the salesperson introduced me to the cars that she said "made our profile", how did she know "my profile"? I asked to see the other cars and she was completely neglectful, I bought the car at another store just because of the service, a lack of respect and education, this type of service is unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parece que após o falecimento do proprietário houve mudança de gerenciamento de vendas de veículos comprei no passado 2 camionetas Strada fui trocar por uma zero não houve bom diálogo fui comprar na saga e concretizei negócio ao gerente a sala em que fica postado sem dar atenção ao cliente pode não ser eterna não afunde a empresa genuinamente maranhense

Ruim Nao tem tecnicos e sim recebedores e entregadores de carro.
Vc tira o carro da revisao e o atendente so da a nota para pagar e pronto.
Retirei sexta feira o carro da revisao e amanheceu sem agua no radiador . Mangueira solta.

Bad There are no technicians, but car receivers and delivery people.
You take the car out of the review and the attendant just gives the bill to pay and that's it.
I took the car out of the review on Friday and it dawned on me without water in the radiator. Loose hose.
