★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior serviço da história das concessionarias. Apareceu problema no carro e carro com garantia e comprado na mesma concessionária não quiseram resolver. Tinha que ser por marcação mesmo com problema sério e viagem minha programada. Ainda assim programei. Não pude ir no dia programado devido a um problema de saúde e liguei dizendo que ia no dia seguinte. Falaram para aparecer. Fui e mais uma vez não me atenderam. E ainda com uma empáfia absurda da atendente. Péssimo. Péssimo. Péssimo. Não retornarei nunca a esse lugar.
Worst service in dealership history. Problem appeared in the car and car with warranty and bought at the same dealership they didn't want to solve. It had to be by appointment even with a serious problem and my scheduled trip. I still programmed. I couldn't go on the scheduled day due to a health problem and I called saying I was going the next day. They said to show up. I went and once again they didn't answer me. And still with an absurd empafia of the attendant. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. I will never return to that place.
