★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recebi a indicação de um amigo para eu estar realizando a instalação da minha calha com essa empresa, porém, nem tive a oportunidade de conhecer o trabalho deles e já me decepcionei. Liguei em uma quarta feira solicitando um orçamento para sábado. Elisângela (quem me atendeu) disse que tentaria me colocar na agenda desse sábado, mas que se não desse agendaria para o sábado posterior, mas em todo caso me retornaria com um posicionamento. Não me retornaram e não apareceram para o orçamento.
O sábado passou e veio a semana. Liguei novamente para Elisângela que me colocou na agenda do sábado seguinte. Questionei em qual hora do sábado eles viriam e ela disse que me retornaria confirmando. Ela não me retornou.
O sábado chegou e eles não apareceram, tão pouco ligaram informando que não viriam. Soube que eles não viriam as 12h do sábado quando eu liguei para a empresa e recebi a notícia que não daria para eles virem e me ofereceram um novo agendamento.
Obviamente que eu não vou mais contratar serviços com essa empresas. Uma empresa que não se preocupa com o seu consumidor não merece o meu dinheiro.
Deixei de ir trabalhar, cancelei compromissos, passei a manhã de sábado em casa aguardando a empresa que não apareceu, me causando assim prejuízos. Venho por meio desta expor minha total insatisfação com o atendimento dessa empresa, onde tudo poderia ter sido evitado com um simples telefonema.
Espero que melhorem nesse aspecto.
I received a recommendation from a friend for me to be installing my gutter with this company, however, I didn't even have the opportunity to get to know their work and I was already disappointed. I called on a Wednesday requesting a quote for Saturday. Elisângela (who answered me) said that she would try to put me on this Saturday's agenda, but that if she didn't, she would schedule it for the following Saturday, but in any case she would return with a position. They did not return and did not appear for the budget.
Saturday passed and the week came. I called Elisângela again who put me on the agenda for the following Saturday. I asked at what time of the Saturday they would come and she said she would come back confirming me. She didn't return to me.
Saturday came and they didn't show, nor did they call saying they wouldn't come. I heard they wouldn't be arriving at 12pm on Saturday when I called the company and received the news that they wouldn't be able to come and offered me a new appointment.
Obviously, I will no longer hire services from these companies. A company that does not care about its consumer does not deserve my money.
I stopped going to work, canceled appointments, spent Saturday morning at home waiting for the company that didn't show up, thus causing me losses. I hereby expose my total dissatisfaction with the service of this company, where everything could have been avoided with a simple phone call.
I hope they improve in that respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não é profissional, foi fazer o serviço na minha empresa, quebrou uma telha e onde foi feito continua vazando. Quando solicitei o reparo, não me atendeu e qd atendeu me tratou muito mal, inclusive com tom de ameaça. Péssimo atendimento, não façam nada com ele, vão se arrepender.
It is not professional, it was doing the service in my company, it broke a tile and where it was done it continues to leak. When I requested the repair, he didn't answer me and when he answered he treated me very badly, even with a threatening tone. Bad service, don't do anything with it, you will regret it.
