Faz 30 minutos que estou esperando o técnico que faz a plotagem voltar do banco.....
Não tem ninguém para atender, a atendente não tem a menor ideia de como realizar o serviço, infelizmente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar da atendente na recepção não parecer ter iniciativa, insista o rapaz que vai de fato realizar o trabalho é atencioso, tem iniciativa e o serviço é muito bem realizado. Quanto ao preço não posso comentar pois não tenho como comparar, foi a primeira vez que usei uma copiadora para um serviço tão grande de impressão e encadernação
Although the attendant at the reception does not seem to have initiative, the boy who will actually do the job is attentive, has initiative and the service is very well done. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plotagem saiu com falha de cor simples, informei a moça que atende lá, ela foi até os fundos da loja falar com alguém e voltou dizendo que não mexiam em escala.
Disse novamente que o erro era cor e não escala, ela retornou ao fundo da loja(uma salinha atrás da porta) voltando com um papel pediu que eu anotasse minha queixa.
A pessoa que trabalha com a impressão não se deu o trabalho de levantar da cadeira e ir ver minha planta.
Descaso .

O serviço foi muito bem realizado, no prazo proposto e por um preço justo.
