Dos mais de 500,00 reais gastos para colocar o apartamento em ordem, com muita dificuldade e depois de muita insistência me foi ressarcido somente 115,00 reais . Não recomendado para ninguém, empresa sem nenhum compromisso com seus clientes.
I own an apartment that was delivered to me by the real estate ALVPLAN in very bad condition, completely dirty, with several broken items without having made the inspection of delivery !! Of the more than 500.00 reais spent to put the apartment in order, with much difficulty and after much insistence I was refunded only 115.00 reais. Not recommended for anyone, company with no commitment to their customers.

Não usem essa agência! Eles roubaram meus pais por 3 anos, eram aposentados, pagaram seu condominio sempre em dia para essa agência mas eles não faziam os pagamentos perante o fundo do edifício onde meus pais tinham a propriedade em pauta. Meus pais ganharam o caso na Justiça, mas até hoje a Alviplan se recusa a assumir responsabilidade e pagar pelos danos financeiros causados por eles.
Hoje eles devem mais de R$50 mil após todos esses anos, mas o dono da Alviplan alega não ter dinheiro.
O dono dessa empresa é um ladrão!

Don't use this agency! They stole my parents for 3 years, they were retired, they paid their condominium on time for this agency but they did not make payments in front of the building where my parents had the property on the agenda. My parents won the case in court, but to this day Alviplan refuses to take responsibility and pay for the financial damage caused by them.
Today they owe more than R $ 50,000 after all these years, but the owner of Alviplan claims to have no money.
The owner of that company is a thief!
