A loja fica muito cheia, então vá cedo e tenha paciência.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima variedades de gaiolas rações e medicamento,porém deixa muito a desejar no atendimento, pra uma loja que tem um dos maiores porte do mercado central não aceitar nem um tipo de cartão como débito e crédito e brincadeira.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho uma gata com problemas renais, fui comprar a ração e além de terem cobrado o preço errado para mais, entregaram a ração errada. Tive q voltar na loja pq não quiseram mandar entregar e nem me indenizar do gasto que tive para efetuar a troca. Falta de respeito com o cliente. Péssimo lugar. Uma bagunça. Nunca mais volto. Casa de ração existem várias em BH.

I had to go back to the store because they didn't want to have it delivered or compensate me for the expense I had to make the exchange. Lack of respect for the customer. Bad place. A mess. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só recebem em dinheiro, não aceitam cartão nem parcelamento. Como não usam cartão, não pagam taxas e deveriam ter preços menores. Mas impede também de comprarmos em grande quantidade. Por isso prefiro comprar na LOJA DO ORLANDO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre comprei neste loja. Como não conhecia outras fiquei so nela. Mas me venderam recentemente uma ração para CUIRÓ que os bichinhos nem chegaram perto. Achei também que o atendimento não foi legal. Acho a loja uma bagunça atualmente. Não compro mais lá. Vou procurar outra.
I always shop at this store. As I didn't know others I was alone in it. But they recently sold me a feed for CUIRÓ that the pets didn't even come close to. I also thought that the service was not nice. I think the store is a mess these days. I don't buy there anymore. I'll look for another.
