★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostava de lá até precisar de realizar uma troca de produto com defeito. Conduta completamente sem sentido deles. não compro mais lá. Comprei 100 sacos de lixo. e estavam a grande maioria deles com defeito, abrindo por baixo. Me falaram que eu podia levar os sacos que eles trocavam. Porém moro longe, nao compensava eu sair da minha casa apenas para ir la trocar. esperei um dia que eu passaria na regiao. enquanto isso fui usando os sacos de 2 em 2. mesmo assim passando uns apertos de vazar liquido por causa de rasgos. semana passada fui la trocar e levei o que eu tinha de saco ainda. 16 unidades. eles trocaram pra mim exatamente as 16 unidades. não consideraram todo o estresse que passei com os outros sacos que utilizei rasgados e ainda ter usado de 2 em 2 unidades. nunca vi isso na minha vida. Se um produto apresenta defeito, a conduta sempre é repor a totalidade comprada e paga ao cliente ( isso sem contar que muitas empresas ainda optam por repor a mais. ) mas repor quantidade menor do que a comprada nunca vi,. enfim, lá nao compro mais

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não volto nunca mais, pois o dito filho do dono, não gostou de colocar o meu produto em uma sacola mais resistente, pois, a qual ele embalou a Minh a compra, era uma branquinha, com pouca resistência, perderam um ótimo cliente, pois eu fazia compras para a empresa era com eles, não recomendo nem para meu inimigo.
OBS: Os outros funcionariOS me tratavam muito bem, não tenho nada a reclamar, pois devido ao volume das minhas compras, chegavam até me dar um pequeno desconto, é pouco, mas listra o ego.
