★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha a ração do meu porquinho da índia, e está até mais barato do que em outros lugares que visitei, o lugar tem muita variedade de produtos e são de ótima qualidade, gostei.
 I had the food of my guinea pig, and it is even cheaper than in other places I visited, the place has a lot of variety of products and they are of great quality, I liked it.

Mas eu fui com meu cãozinho pra fazer um exame falaram que saia na hora e eu precisava do exame pois meu cão estava grave , fiz o teste no domingo e hoje já na terça feira o resultado ainda não saiu. Estou indignada com essa falta de comprometimento, agora to pagando outro exame em outro lugar pra saber o resultado. NÃO RECOMENDO FAZER TESTE NESSE LOCAL. Aconselho a ir em outro lugar.
The service is great. But I went with my dog to do an exam they said to leave on time and I needed the exam because my dog was serious, I took the test on Sunday and today on Tuesday the result has not come out yet. I am outraged by this lack of commitment, now I'm paying for another exam elsewhere to find out the result. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TESTING THIS SITE. I advise you to go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um bom estabelecimento porém o atendimento no telefone demora muito, tenho que tentar várias vezes pra conseguir falar com algum funcionário, isso quando eu consigo porque as vezes desisto. E a entrega demora mais de 4horas.
It's a good establishment but the phone service takes a long time, I have to try several times to be able to talk to an employee, that's when I can because sometimes I give up. And delivery takes more than 4 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito atraso, mas o pior foi a decepção ao receber meu pet. Além de não ter feito o que pedi, deixou meu pet cheio de falhas e assimetria. Não é possível que a tosa tenha sido feita por um profissional ou por alguém que tenha algum conhecimento sobre o que se propôs a fazer.
Ficou realmente péssimo....
Much delay, but the worst was the disappointment when receiving my pet. In addition to not doing what I asked, it left my pet full of flaws and asymmetry. It is not possible that the grooming was done by a professional or by someone who has some knowledge about what he proposed to do.
It really sucked ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja estava aberta com 2 funcionários na porta, perguntei se poderiam me vender um pacote de ração e falaram que já tinham fechado o caixa. Até aí entendo. O problema foi a extrema falta de educação que tiveram comigo. os dois funcionários que estavam na porta nem se quer tiraram o olho do celular para me responder. Perguntei inclusive se conheciam um outro local, mas nem assim tiraram o olho do celular. Eu era cliente, comprava ração e remédios ali. Mas meu dinheiro nessa loja, com esses funcionários mal educados, eu não gasto mais.
The store was open with 2 employees at the door, I asked if they could sell me a packet of feed and they said they had already closed the box. So far I understand. The problem was the extreme lack of education they had with me. the two employees who were at the door didn't even take their eyes off their cell phones to answer me. I even asked if they knew of another location, but they still didn't take their eyes off their cell phones. I was a customer, I bought feed and medicine there. But my money in this store, with these rude employees, I don’t spend anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tosa particularmente eu nao gostei mas vai de cada um. No entanto, nao acredito que não tenham dado banho nela porque minha cachorra voltou fedendo. Péssima experiência.
Tosa particularly I didn't like but it goes with each one. However, I can't believe they didn't bathe her because my dog came back stinking. Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha segunda experiência ruim quanto a tosa , liguei para agendar no dia 03.11 as 19:40 , fui hj dia 06.11 09hs como o supostamente agendado, me deparei com a extrema falta de empatia do cara que da o banho , ate aí compensado com a simpatia do Junior, mas oque eu achava que estava agendado, pasmem não estava , organizei meu dia em função disso pois são dois dogs , e nenhum dos dois estava agendado , mostrei que liguei que agendei mas em nada e em nenhum momento tentaram resolver ... foi o tipo "marca outro dia se quiser" .
My second bad experience with grooming, I called to schedule on 11/3 at 19:40, I went today on 11/06/09 as supposedly scheduled, I came across the extreme lack of empathy of the guy who gives the bath, so far compensated with sympathy from Junior, but what I thought was scheduled, amazingly it wasn't, I organized my day based on that because there are two dogs, and neither of them was scheduled, I showed that I called that I scheduled but nothing and in no time they tried to solve it... it was the "schedule another day if you like" type.

shop em quesito BANHO E TOSA. Meu cachorro voltou mal tosado e ainda fizeram a rosa errada na qual eu pedi. Fora que ele estava assustado e tenho a certeza que foi maltratado e fora que vi outros cachorros na jaula deles assustados e outro tosando antes do meu e estava se tremendo. Eu só fui lá por que o excelente aqui perto de casa não tinha vaga e estava com urgência. Estarei entrando com um processo judicial e vou pedir a filmagem junto ao meu advogado e nos encontraremos no tribunal.
Bad experience! I don't recommend this pet
shop in terms of BATH AND TOSA. My dog came back badly shorn and they even made the wrong rose that I ordered. Besides, he was scared and I'm sure he was mistreated and I saw other dogs in their cage scared and another one shearing before mine and he was shaking. I only went there because the excellent here near home had no vacancy and was urgently needed. I will be filing a lawsuit and I will request the filming from my lawyer and we will meet in court.
