Fui até a loja paguei o combinado, o serralheiro pegou todo o material que paguei e não me entregou até hoje o portão. Lá se vão quase 2 meses tendo que me humilhar para pedir o extorno pela loja. O atendente com nome de Rafael se nega de toda forma a. Extornar o valor que paguei e passa a bola para o serralheiro. Trabalham com parceria com os serralheiros e não se responsabilizam se tomarmos um calote , fazem a ponte na negociacao e induzem o consumidor a pagar e depois ficar no prejuízo. Que sirva de alerta aos que vejam esse depoimento.
Be careful when buying from this company. I made the purchase of material for the production of a swing gate through the locksmith who referred me to the company. I went to the store and paid the arrangement, the locksmith took all the material I paid for and hasn't given me the gate until today. There goes almost 2 months of having to humiliate myself to ask for a refund for the store. The attendant named Rafael refuses anyway. Excise the amount I paid and pass the ball to the locksmith.
