★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma porta na loja sem nem ver pessoalmente apenas baseada nas avaliações que li. Como a loja tinha a maioria de ótimas referências aqui do pessoal eu nem pesquisei em outro lugar. Mandei um WhatsApp para um número que vi aqui nas avaliações tbm e passaram meu contato para o Israel. Ótimo vendedor, atencioso, explica muito bem e cumpriu certinho com o prazo de entrega.
Precisando procurem pelo Israel, estarão em boas mãos.
 I bought a door at the store without even seeing it in person just based on the reviews I read. As the store had most of the great references here from the staff, I didn't even look elsewhere. I sent a WhatsApp to a number I saw here in the reviews too and they passed my contact to Israel. Great seller, attentive, explains very well and met the delivery deadline.
If you need to look for Israel, you will be in good hands.

Entrei na loja com muitas dúvidas e sinto que saí de lá com soluções para os problemas que eu havia levantado, por um preço dentro do esperado no mercado de portas. Fui atendida pelo vendedor Roberto, que foi muito solícito e paciente comigo, com o meu marido e com a minha cachorrinha, que estava nos acompanhando. Fico feliz de ter ido a esse lugar, pois tirei uma grande preocupação do caminho. Recomendo sem medo!

Fomos bem recebidos pelo Sr. Roberto (representante de vendas) que mostrou detalhes do acabamento das portas e da qualidade. Como tínhamos pressa, o Sr. Alan (sócio proprietário) se desdobrou para agendar com prioridade. Foram 6 portas maciças montadas com maçanetas e fechaduras 2 de wc e 3 de quartos. O preço justo e a qualidade excepcional. Entregaram hoje véspera de feriado sábado dia 26/02/2022 tudo perfeito. A loja tem o nome Fantasia de Fabrica Gasômetro e razão Ferragens Painel ltda. Fizermos uma breve consulta e são muito bem avaliados e sem reclamações no Reclame aqui. Nota 100 recomendo.
We went to visit Rua do Gasómetro, and at the end of the afternoon we entered the store. We were well received by Mr. Roberto (sales representative) who showed details of the door finish and quality. As we were in a hurry, Mr. Alan (owner partner) went out of his way to schedule priority. There were 6 massive doors mounted with handles and locks, 2 for bathrooms and 3 for bedrooms. Fair price and exceptional quality. They delivered today holiday eve Saturday 26/02/2022 everything perfect. The store has the name Fantasia de Fabrica Gasómetro and reason Ferragens Panel ltda. We made a brief consultation and they are very well evaluated and without complaints in the Reclame aqui. Note 100 recommend.

Investiguei 86 lojas na região do Brás, essa foi a única que não tinha reclamação registrada.
Fui conferir, desde então, satisfação completa, bom atendimento, pontualidade na entrega, produto íntegro, respeito ao cliente, embora eu entendo, servir bem seu cliente é uma atitude inteligente do empresário que deseja ser bem sucedido no seu negócio, más parece que isso ficou no passado.
E mais, o Alan ainda me ajudou na contratação de outros profissionais que eu precisava.
Comprar na fábrica Gasômetro e ter o Alan como meu consultor, foi uma decisão acertada, sem falar da simpatia que todos dispensaram a mim e a minha irmã..
Os meus sonhos, não se transformaram em pesadelos, continuaram sendo sonhos.

Buying at the Gasómetro factory and having Alan as my consultant was a wise decision, not to mention the sympathy that everyone showed to me and my sister.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer um orçamento com o vendedor Alan, porém por não ter fechado no dia, fui obrigado a pagar o valor da diária de R$25,00 mesmo sendo informado pelo vendedor que poderia sair para almoçar e poderia pesquisar até em outra loja. Pois ele informou que a loja tem o melhor valor. Porém ao retornar e falar com o mesmo que não iria fechar no dia, o Alan me disse que não iria isentar o estacionamento por não ter fechado com ele.
