★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo... as enfermeiras são mal educadas, demora mais tempo pra tomar medicação, do que ser atendido pelo médico.
 Terrible service... the nurses are poorly educated, it takes longer to take medication than to be seen by the doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior AMA que já fui na minha vida! Cheguei às 09h05 e fui atendida próximo às 16h.
A médica não encostou em mim e ainda soltou um: "é, provavelmente é influenza" e nada fez!!!!! Um lixo de profissionais e um lixo de AMA.
Worst AMA I've ever been to in my life! I arrived at 9:05 am and was seen around 4:00 pm.
The doctor didn't touch me and even said: "yeah, it's probably influenza" and did nothing!!!!! A waste of professionals and a waste of AMA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje 08/04/2022 fui até a unidade AMA Sapopemba graças a Deus fui bem atendida na recepção, bem atendida na triagem, muito bem atendida pela médica, passei pelo setor de imagem para fazer um raio - X na meu Bebê e mais uma vez fomos muito bem atendidos.
Today 04/08/2022 I went to the AMA Sapopemba unit thank God I was well attended at the reception, well attended at the screening, very well attended by the doctor, I went through the imaging sector to do an X-ray on my Baby and once again we were very well taken care of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É incrível como alguns funcionários são imensamente insensíveis como passar filho de funcionários na frente de outros pacientes só pq é funcionario aconteceu hoje comigo o paciente do funcionario foi atendido hoje data de 28/05/2022 por volta das 13 hrs número da ficha 90 é fácil saber quem é pelo número nada ficha.
Espero q tomem providências.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com essa unidade é bem ruim, recentemente precisei de atendimento, pois estava sentindo muita dor; Então fui até a unidade, por diversas vezes, passei por atendimento e levaram minha situação como brincadeira, disseram que minha situação era A e na verdade era X. Como a dor não cessava, resolvi ir em outra Unidade/Hospital, fui submetido a cirurgia, pois o problema já tinha sido agravado!
My experience with this unit is very bad, I recently needed care because I was in a lot of pain; So I went to the unit, several times, I went through care and they took my situation as a joke, they said that my situation was A and in fact it was X. As the pain did not stop, I decided to go to another Unit/Hospital, I underwent surgery , because the problem had already been aggravated!
