★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu odiei esse hospital, realizei a cirurgia bariátrica em dez/21 e meu plano e médico só atendiam nesse local, a equipe de enfermagem que me acompanhou desde o momento que eu entrei me deixaram largada, demoraram horas pra ver meus sinais vitais e me dar orientações para cirurgia, quando operei no dia seguinte e voltei para o quarto, meu marido tinha que ficar implorando para que me dessem medicação, me ajudassem com o dreno e demais coisas, você fica praticamente a Deus dará, passado um tempo da minha alta, necessitem voltar no PS pois não me sentia bem, e a demora é absurda, eu estava com cólica renal, chorando de dor na recepção e eu fiquei 8hrs esperando pra ser medicada, nem no hospital que trabalho que é do SUS os pacientes são tratados dessa forma. Não indico, só vá pra lá se for sua única opção.
 I hated this hospital, I had the bariatric surgery on Dec/21 and my plan and doctor only attended this place, the nursing team that accompanied me from the moment I entered let me down, they took hours to see my vital signs and give me guidelines for surgery, when I operated on the next day and went back to the room, my husband had to be begging me to be given medication, help with the drain and other things, you are practically God will give me, after some time after my discharge, need to go back to the ER because I didn't feel well, and the delay is absurd, I had renal colic, crying with pain at the reception and I stayed 8 hours waiting to be medicated, not even at the hospital where I work, which is part of the SUS, patients are treated this way form. I don't recommend it, only go there if it's your only option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hj dia 7/04/22 meu pai estava com cirurgia marcada às 10:00 conforme comunicado recebido do hospital. Chegamos uns 30 minutos antes e fomos encaminhados para o quarto. Até aqui tudo bem. Porém são 12:00 e nada de cirurgia. Consultei a enfermeira, ela ligou para alguém e confirmaram a cirurgia para 12:00, porém o médico ainda não havia chegado. Ou seja, ninguém sabe informar que hora será realizado nem até quando o paciente ficará internado. Em outras vindas a este hospital eu recebi um atendimento digno, porém desta vez está sendo um absurdo o descaso e falta de informação. Obs: para piorar o painel de informação de cirurgias está com problema conforme foto anexa.
Agora 15 horas, levaram o meu pai para a cirurgia, depois de 5 horas de espera !!!
Today, 04/7/22, my father was scheduled for surgery at 10:00 am as reported by the hospital. We arrived 30 minutes early and were shown to our room. So far so good. But it's 12:00 and no surgery. I consulted the nurse, she called someone and they confirmed the surgery for 12:00, but the doctor still hadn't arrived. That is, no one knows what time it will be performed or until when the patient will be hospitalized. On other visits to this hospital I received decent care, but this time the neglect and lack of information is absurd. Note: to make matters worse, the surgery information panel has a problem as per the attached photo.
Now 15 hours, they took my father to surgery, after 5 hours of waiting !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe ficou internada para uma cirurgia de artroscopia por 2 dias, no particular, e a nossa experiência foi a melhor e mais confortável possível graças a estrutura e ao corpo de profissionais deste hospital! Desde a recepção, o pessoal que faz a identificação, enfermagem, nutrição, fisio, limpeza! Parabéns! Em especial ao pessoal da enfermagem Estela, Eduardo, Malu, Lígia, dra. Débora e dr. João Paulo Cortez. É diferente quando as pessoas cumprem o seu ofício porquê gostam e o fazem com amor! ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu irmão se encontra internado neste “hospital”, não recomendo e nem desejo a ninguém!
Primeiro que o caso dele é de ortopedia e no hospital não tem a especialidade, mas, mesmo assim internaram.
Ele se encontra com a bacia quebrada, usando fralda e sonda. Os enfermeiros não presta nenhum tipo de suporte ou cuidado, minha mãe que tem que trocar a fralda, esvaziar a sonda (que inclusive em NENHUM DIA FOI LIMPA) questionamos devido à exposição de bactérias e a enfermeira chefe disse que sonda não precisava limpar. O enfermeiro foi dar banho e mesmo ele com a bacia quebrada mandou ele “se virar” e no chuveiro falou “se esfrega”. E para o nosso espanto ontem meu irmão gritava de dor porque não conseguia urinar e pra nossa surpresa o enfermeiro após o banho mal dado deixou a sonda dele torcida e não passava a urina o que gerou uma imensa dor..
Ele ia fazer cirurgia dia 02/05 às 14h, colocaram ele de jejum dia 01/05 às 22h, no dia da cirurgia era 13:50 fomos perguntar se ninguém iria buscar para o centro cirúrgico e tivemos mais uma surpresa sendo avisados que a cirurgia não iria acontecer porque estavam aguardando o convênio… Como deixam um paciente a mais de 15h de jejum sem terem certeza do que ser feito? Negligência atrás de negligência…
Esses são apenas pequenos pontos que foi citados, fora outros… Não recomendo a ninguém esse hospital, atendimento crítico!

The nurses do not provide any kind of support or care, my mother, who has to change her diaper, empty the tube (which even on NEVER DAY WAS CLEAN) we questioned it due to the exposure of bacteria and the head nurse said that the tube did not need to be cleaned. The nurse went to give him a bath and even though he had a broken basin, he told him to “turn around” and in the shower he said “rub yourself”. And to our amazement yesterday my brother screamed in pain because he couldn't urinate and to our surprise the nurse after the bad bath left his tube twisted and he didn't pass urine which generated immense pain..
He was going to have surgery on the 02/05th at 14:00, they put him on fasting on the 01/05th at 22:00, on the day of the surgery it was 13:50 we went to ask if anyone would pick him up for the operating room and we had another surprise being told that the surgery it wouldn't happen because they were waiting for the insurance… How do they leave a patient for more than 15 hours of fasting without being sure what to do? Negligence after negligence…
These are just small points that were mentioned, apart from others… I don't recommend this hospital to anyone, critical care!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A equipe médica e enfermagem estão de nota 10, fiz bariatrica no dia 20/5, fiquei até o dia 21.
O quarto 302 que fiquei era bem antigo, móveis velhos e paredes sujas, tivemos que chamar a manutenção 2 vezes pra desentupir o vaso e arrumar o suporte de oxigênio da parede que não funcionou, tive que fazer inalação em outro quarto. Sofri muito pra ficar deitada pois o colchão era fino e eu sentia a estrutura da cama, até pra sentar era horrível, muita dor, só consegui descansar em casa, não via a hora de ter alta. Deem atenção pra esse quarto precisa de muitos reparos!
E outra só deram café da.manha pro acompanhante, disseram que não podiam dar almoço. E o.caldo que me deram pra almoçar era pura gordura e sujeira de carne HORRIVEEEL

I suffered a lot to lie down because the mattress was thin and I could feel the structure of the bed, even to sit down was horrible, a lot of pain, I could only rest at home, I couldn't wait to be discharged. Pay attention to this room needs a lot of repairs!
And another only gave breakfast to the companion, they said they couldn't give lunch. And the broth they gave me for lunch was pure meat fat and dirt HORRIVEEEL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe foi internada para uma cirurgia e, desde a chegada o atendimento foi muito bom e numa velocidade satisfatória.
Após fazermos a ficha rapidamente fomos acomodados no quarto.
O hospital possui um excelente corpo clínico, que compreende também o corpo de enfermagem, e a parte de serviços (hotelaria e limpeza) também estão incluídos.
O hospital possui sua arquitetura externa conservada, e seu interior todo reformado. É o ontem e o hoje caminhando juntos.
Outra coisa que gostei muito, foi a grande capela, quase uma igrejinha.
Se puder visitá-la sem estar internado/a ou ser acompanhante ou visitante, recomendo.

My mother was hospitalized for surgery and, from the moment she arrived, the service was very good and at a satisfactory speed.
After registering, we were quickly accommodated in the room.
The hospital has an excellent clinical staff, which also includes the nursing staff, and services (hotel and cleaning) are also included.
The hospital's external architecture has been preserved, and its interior has been completely renovated. It is yesterday and today walking together.
Another thing I really liked was the big chapel, almost a little church.
If you can visit her without being hospitalized or being a companion or visitor, I recommend it.
