★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento oferecido a população é humilhante. As pessoas vão a unidade em seu momento de maior fragilidade e são tratadas com frieza e descaso elevados ao grau máximo. A apatia e o descomprometimento de "alguns" profissionais é percebido na displicência com que tratam os pacientes. A pessoa retira a senha, aguarda uma eternidade para ser atendida e começa tortura. A recepção manda você fazer ''x", os médicos dizem que você tem que fazer ''y", os profissionais de enfermagem dizem que na verdade o procedimento correto é "z". E você, que está doente ou com alguém que você ama precisando de atendimento fica perdido no meio dessa disputa de egos burocrática e desumana. O que faz uma pessoa sentir prazer com o sofrimento de outras pessoas? Por que algumas pessoas tornam-se tão atrozes ao ponto de ser intocáveis ante a adversidade humana ?
 The service offered to the population is humiliating. People go to the unit at their most fragile moment and are treated with coldness and indifference, elevated to the maximum degree. The apathy and lack of commitment of "some" professionals is perceived in the carelessness with which they treat patients. The person withdraws the password, waits an eternity to be answered and torture begins. The reception tells you to do ''x", the doctors say you have to do ''y", the nurses say that actually the correct procedure is "z". And you, who are sick or with someone you love in need of care, are lost in the midst of this bureaucratic and inhuman egos dispute. What makes a person enjoy the suffering of other people? Why do some people become so atrocious as to be untouchable in the face of human adversity?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neste lugar a UBS não oferece Estratégia Saúde da Família. O ACS da rua Lajes Pintadas não visita a Residência fica escorado pelas esquinas conversando com as colegas e quando vc sai na porta ela grita "está tudo bem aí?" se vc falar que não ela diz vai lá no posto... então para quê ter uma pessoa andando pelas ruas?
In this place, the UBS does not offer the Family Health Strategy. The ACS from Rua Lajes Pintadas doesn't visit the Residence, he stays propped up on the corners talking to his colleagues and when you walk out the door she yells "is everything okay there?" if you say no, she says go to the post... so why have a person walking the streets?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, eu estou passando mal, com febre, dor no corpo e médico mal olhou na minha cara, e simplesmente mandou eu pega declaração de horas, sendo que mal consigo ficar em pé... não mediu minha pressão. Só passou os remédios... Ranço desse médico Anderson Dias....
Terrible service, I'm feeling sick, with fever, body pain and the doctor barely looked me in the face, and he just sent me to get the time statement, and I can barely stand up... he didn't measure my blood pressure. He only took the medicine... Ranço of this doctor Anderson Dias....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem condições, o posto vazio, tranquilo e o atendimento mediocre, uma Dra Ana sei lá o que, relato que estou a uma semana com tosse, garganta inflamada, começando ir pro ouvido, tenho Bronquite e ela me fala, tá tudo bem, tudo tranquilo, nada pra se preocupar. Não estava lá pq eu queria, mas o descaso é revoltante, vou tr que ir em outro AMA e tentar ser bem atendido...
No conditions, the clinic is empty, quiet and the service is mediocre, a Dr. Ana I don't know what, I report that I've been coughing for a week, sore throat, starting to go to my ear, I have Bronchitis and she tells me, it's okay, everything quiet, nothing to worry about. I wasn't there because I wanted to, but the neglect is revolting, I'll have to go to another AMA and try to be well attended...

Mais o atendimento das recepcionista e enfermeiras são péssimos
Falta educação , são rudes e não sabem informar nada
Por mais que vc fale com toda educação elas sempre nem olha para responder
Com tanta gente precisando trabalhar.
Para trabalhar com saúde tem que ter educação respeito e solidariedade .
The post and the doctors are good
But the receptionist and nurses are terrible.
They lack education, they are rude and they don't know how to inform anything
As much as you talk with all politeness they always don't even look to answer
With so many people needing to work.
To work with health you have to have education, respect and solidarity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um caso de sorte, demora cerca de 1 hora o atendimento rapido.
Sobre o atendimento da recepcao, percebe-se que são um pouco perdido... Porem da para notar que algumas vezes não é por má vontade (uma vez a recepcionista ficou procurando uns 15 min pelo meu exame, deu para notar o esforço).
Sobre os medicos do AMA, tive 3 experiencia, 1 show de bola, medico educado e atencioso, nas outras 2, profissionais mediocres.
Sobre a UBS, fui atendido uma vez só, medico gente fina d+, chegou, conversou bastante procurando entender o caso e tudo +.
Sem ter do que reclamar dele...
Sobre a enfermaria, realmente é bem lamentavel, vc coloca a ficha, morre e reencarna para ir tomar um simples soro (mas acredito que seja devido a grande demanda de pessoas).
Exame é bem complicado, vc precisa chegar até as 7 da manha (mas cuidado, se chegar neste horario, vai sair umas 8:40/9:00).
O posto é um bocadinho demorado, mas no final, vale a pena, pq é melhor um atendimento demorado, do que nenhum.
It's a case of luck, it takes about 1 hour for fast service.
Regarding the reception service, it is clear that they are a little lost... However, it is noticeable that sometimes it is not out of ill will (once the receptionist was looking for about 15 minutes for my exam, I could see the effort).
About AMA doctors, I had 3 experience, 1 ball show, polite and attentive doctor, in the other 2, mediocre professionals.
About UBS, I was seen only once, I doctor fine people d+, arrived, talked a lot trying to understand the case and everything +.
Nothing to complain about...
About the infirmary, it's really quite regrettable, you put the card, die and reincarnate to go take a simple serum (but I believe it's due to the great demand of people).
Exam is very complicated, you need to arrive by 7 am (but be careful, if you arrive at this time, it will leave around 8:40/9:00).
The post is a little time consuming, but in the end, it's worth it, because a long service is better than none at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não dou zero estrela pq não tem essa opção... na data de 03.10.2022 vim ao hospital com meu Pai ... com muita dor o mesmo preferencial com 70 anos .. fizemos o cadastro na recepção entregaram uma senha com horário para passar na triagem ficamos a mais de 1 hora esperando para passar na triagem .. fui perguntar o ocorrido uma atendente muito mal educada me atendeu falou que estava normal ... porém senhas depois do número do meu pai foram atendidas o médico e nada de meu pai passar na triagem ... detalhe perderam a ficha só meu pai ... fora atrás e acharam em outro lugar .. somente após eu insistir .. falando com as atendentes ... que por sinal sem respeito algum com ser humano ... se alguém precisar por favor se dirigir a outra ama...
I don't give zero stars because I don't have that option... on the date of 10.03.2022 I came to the hospital with my Father... with a lot of pain the same preferential with 70 years old .. we registered at the reception they delivered a password with a time to pass in the triage we waited more than 1 hour to pass the triage .. I went to ask what happened a very rude attendant answered me said it was normal ... but passwords after my father's number were answered by the doctor and nothing from my father pass the screening... detail, only my father lost the record... he went back and found it somewhere else.. only after I insisted.. talking to the attendants... who, by the way, have no respect for human beings... if anyone needs it please go to another nanny...
