★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ao posto para tomar uma vacina, estou gestante. Esperei mais de uma uma hora e saí de lá sem a vacina. A morosidade no atendimento chega ser intrigante, mais de 20 minutos para cada pessoa, é estranho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tomei vacina nesta unidade em 22 de dezembro e até agora não consta o comprovante no site ou no conect sus.
A partir desta informação a dias tento entrar em contato a unidade de enfermagem para ver se consigo resolver, mas ninguém atende. O funcionário que atende no fone comum que inclusive esta no site), diz que não pode ajudar.
Como faz então?
I was vaccinated in this unit on December 22nd and so far there is no proof on the website or on the sus connection.
From this information, I try to contact the nursing unit for days to see if I can solve it, but no one answers. The employee who answers on the common phone (which is even on the website), says he can't help.
How do you do then?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei a unidade com muita dor passei na recepção onde não me foi dado nenhuma guia de atendimento esperei por mais de 2 hrs p ver a médico quando por ela fui indagado o que estava fazendo aki pois meu caso seria de hospital e aki n tem suporte para atendimento falei passei pela recepcao passei pela triagem estou aki a mais de 2 hrs !ela relatou que podia fazer era pedir exame de sangue e urina que para meu espanhol saiu só 24hrs depois achei isso um absurdo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ o posto é show, os funcionários são show, atendimento ótimo, temos de saber diferenciar entre o que pode ser feito e o que fazem, se a demanda é grande e demoram pra chamar a uma consulta a culpa não é de quem atende ou outros, mas no que podem são ótimos. Pq então não dei 5 estrelas? Claro, sempre podemos melhorar... mas no geral são muito bons, faço check up e tudo mais pelo posto o Gianotti também é muito show...

Atendentes grosseiros.
Fui solicitar a vacinação de minha mãe no carro que parei na porta do posto e vejam só a resposta da enfermeira: " não posso ir até o carro porque até chegar lá a vacina já venceu a validade ".........fala sério.
Fujam dessa AMA UBS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu filho para tomar vacina,no dia 06/09/2021, chegando no local as 18:45 hs, ja estava fechado, sendo que site diz que fecha as 19:00 hs. Mais pessoas chegaram também, com seus filhos e não conseguiram vacinar.devido fechar antes do horário.pederia ter avisado que fechava mais cedo , para não perder, a viagem..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Levei minha filha após a escola para tomar a vacina 2 dose e não deram alegando ter acabado . Mas que amanhã terá às sete da manhã. Achei estranho pois se não tem agora, às sete não terá porque é o horário que abre. E agora é perto do fechamento ou seja passagem de plantão.
Awful. I took my daughter after school to get the 2 dose vaccine and they didn't give it claiming it was over. But that tomorrow will be at seven in the morning. I found it strange because if you don't have it now, it won't be at seven because it's the opening time. And now it's close to closing ie shift change.

Acredito que essas pessoas que deram cinco estrelas não foram no mesmo lugar que eu 21/01/2022 cheguei neste local com encaminhamento do hospital Ipiranga para fazer teste de COVID e me disseram que deveria passar pelo médico da únidade fazer o teste; então ao esperar para fazer a ficha foi "dado carteirada" de duas pessoas na minha frente, depois fui para local de espera onde estava todo mundo aglomerado e só depois de 2:30h a médica L.Karen Jácome se recusou a pedir o teste de COVID e ainda disse não é mais protocolo fazer teste de COVID mesmo com todos os sintomas de COVID, somente em casos gravesme dispensou e prescreveu um anti alérgico com dipirona, absurdo!
