★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na maioria das vezes os funcionários são negligentes, te tratam como se tivesse te fazendo um favor e não exercendo suas funções, o tempo de espera também é um problema pois os funcionários param sempre p conversar entre eles, dá pra se contar nos dedos os funcionários que se dedicam ao trabalho. Na farmácia do ama as senhas não são distribuídas corretamente. Outro problema são a falta de vagas para passar em ginecologista.
Most of the times the employees are negligent, they treat you as if they were doing you a favor and not performing their duties, the waiting time is also a problem because the employees always stop to talk to each other, you can count on the fingers the employees who are dedicated to the work. In the pharmacy of ama passwords are not distributed correctly. Another problem is the lack of places to go to a gynecologist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acompanhei meu pai para uma consulta, havia a informação que tinha que chegar 30 min antes para as 9h para ser atendido até aí tudo bem, pontualmente às 9h começaram todos os atendimentos. Achei organizado e rápido a única coisa que chamou minha atenção porque estava muito calor e os ventiladores do corredor estavam todos desligados. O horário que cheguei (8:45h) para um ambiente com muitos pacientes doentes não é o ideal. Somente um ventilador vi ligado, o da recepção. Mas os atendimentos mesmo não tenho que criticar. Estão de Parabéns !!!
I accompanied my father for an appointment, there was information that had to arrive 30 minutes before 9am to be attended until then, okay, promptly at 9am all the attendances began. I found it organized and swiftly the only thing that caught my eye because it was too hot and the hallway fans were all off.
