Cheguei lá com minha filha passando mal e eles informaram que só atendem com hora marcada.
Por que não atendem mais sem hora marcada, em uma emergência?
Os hospitais conveniados todos longes.
Péssimo plano de saúde. Já foi bom no passado.
Em breve mudarei de plano.
Preço muito alto para atendimento ruim.

I got there with my daughter feeling sick and they reported that they only answer by appointment.
Why don't they answer more without an appointment, in an emergency?
The associated hospitals are all far away.
Bad health insurance. It was good in the past.
Soon I will change plans.

Terrible, doctors don't even pay attention to what patients say, I've had the same problem 5 times and they can't solve it, it's unbelievable ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de organização no atendimento e os médicos com pouca vontade de trabalhar,vocês poderiam ver uma melhoria para organizar mais as consultas, pessoas que chegam depois passa na sua frente é uma falta de respeito,não vão nesse lugar.
Lack of organization in care and doctors unwilling to work, you could see an improvement to organize more consultations, people who arrive later pass in front of you, it's a lack of respect, they don't go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estamos completamente decepcionada com o convênio e estamos acionando meios legais e cabíveis para garantir os nossos direitos.
Minha filha estava com cirurgia marcada desde o.dia 12/03 para o dia 29/03, chegando no hospital e estávamos fazendo a burocracia para a internação, fomos informados que vocês não autorizariam a cirurgia porque não era de urgência e sim eletiva, mas minha filha vem sofrendo com crises de amigdalites e necessita urgente de uma cirurgia para a retirada das amígdalas, o que não é urgente para vocês pode ser para outras pessoas e se o.médico indicou e achou necessário a cirurgia é porque é urgente!
Pagamos todos os meses certinho o.plano de saúde e na hora em que mais precisamos não fomos atendidos.
Ficamos das 7h até as 12h tentando resolver e não tivermos nenhum retorno, minha filha em jejum com ansiedade e vocês não tiveram nem o trabalho de nos avisar que estariam cancelando a cirurgia. O.atendimento telefônico de vocês é uma vergonha vocês fazem de tudo pra desistimos de falar com algum atendente, pois é muita enrolação com o atendimento eletrônico e quando conseguimos falar com alguém ninguém sabe explicar o porquê do cancelamento, falta competência e responsabilidade da parte de vocês!

We pay every month for the health plan and at the time we need it most, we were not served.
We stayed from 7 am to 12 pm trying to resolve and we didn't have any feedback, my daughter fasted with anxiety and you didn't even bother to let us know that you would be canceling the surgery. Your phone service is a shame you do everything you can to stop talking to an attendant, as there is a lot of nonsense with the electronic service and when we can talk to someone, no one can explain why the cancellation, lack of competence and responsibility on the part of you guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca conseguimos consultas e os exames são marcados para depois de uma mês e na data desmarcados. Quando marcamos fora demora uma hora para autorizar. Já foi bom mas hoje é impossível utilizar
We never get appointments and exams are scheduled for after a month and on the date unscheduled. When we book out it takes an hour to authorize. It used to be good but now it's impossible to use

Garbage agreement, long service, they don't answer emails, they are too slow for everything... don't leave your health in the hands of these butchers. Changing contracts urgently.

Era um pronto socorro com uma boa localização para quem mora na zona norte, oeste ,sul e leste .
Fiz uma cirurgia na coluna nesta unidade em janeiro 2020, com uma bela equipe ,deste dos auxiliares de limpeza ao médicos etc.
I just didn't like it, because they closed down the unit of marshal deodoro, Santa Cecília.
It was an emergency room with a good location for those who live in the north, west, south and east.
I had spine surgery in this unit in January 2020, with a beautiful team, from cleaning assistants to doctors etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse convênio NÃO presta, é caro, e é uma luta para autorizarem internação mesmo com quadro clínico crítico, até mesmo pelo próprio hospital q só tem atendimento com estagiários q não sabem nem o q significa a doença, é uma piada, vergonha. Meu Plano é o Premium 900, ou seja, não é qq um dessa "operadora"
This agreement is NOT good, it is expensive, and it is a struggle to authorize hospitalization even with a critical clinical condition, even by the hospital itself that only has care with interns who don't even know what the disease means, it's a joke, shame. My Plan is Premium 900, that is, it is not any one of this "operator"
