★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As atendentes são top, mais uma das roupas que comprei apresentou falha no tecido, na segunda prova que fiz e entrei em contato com a loja e primeiro fui informada que não poderiam fazer nada, logo em seguida me pediram a peça pra concertar, sendo que eu analisei o concerto e vai novamente apresentar o mesmo problema. Eu acho que a loja deveria ter dado outra peça, seria o correto, mais enfim... A pessoa que me atendeu foi completamente arrogante e me atendeu como se fosse incapaz de pagar por coisa melhor!!!

Fiz uma compra enquanto estava viajando e não notei a política de troca (falta de atenção minha) na mesma hora em que percebi isso entrei em contato pelo wpp para que adiasse o envio da minha compra, sendo que não tive retorno, visualizaram a msg e não responderam. Resolvi dar uma chance ao invés de cancelar a compra naquele momento, quando chego de viagem 2 dias após o prazo para devolução, as peças maravilhosas mas não serviram. Não puderam fazer nada por mim pois já tinha excedido o prazo. Uma pena para mim que resolvi da uma chance para a loja mesmo não obtendo retorno no meu primeiro contato.

I made a purchase while I was traveling and I didn't notice the exchange policy (lack of attention on my part) at the same time I noticed it I contacted wpp to postpone the shipment of my purchase, and I had no return, they saw the message and They did not answer. I decided to give it a chance instead of canceling the purchase at that moment, when I arrive from a trip 2 days after the return deadline, the wonderful pieces but they didn't fit. They couldn't do anything for me as I had already exceeded the deadline. It's a shame for me that I decided to give the store a chance even though I didn't get a response on my first contact.
