★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Móveis de qualidade! O custo benefício é muito agradável, tem para todo gosto e "bolso". Gostamos muito do atendimento e do conhecimento do vendedor sobre os móveis vendidos. Compramos um sofá retrátil que estava na promoção, escolhendo outra cor, já que eles mesmo fabricam e assim dá um toque especial de acordo com o gosto do cliente. Muito satisfeitos!!!

We bought a retractable sofa that was on sale, choosing another color, since they manufacture it themselves and thus give a special touch according to the customer's taste. Very satisfied !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência de compra que tive até hoje! Fui totalmente lesado e enganado. Comprei um painel suspenso para sala, escolhendo o modelo que estava exposto no showroom da loja. Na visita a loja, observei todos os detalhes do móvel, e percebi que o modelo exposto apresentava diversas marcas de uso. O vendedor falou que tinha disponibilidade em estoque. Pois bem! Chegaram na minha casa com o móvel já montando. Quando questionamos o montador, o mesmo informou que teria montado em casa para adiantar o serviço. Para nossa surpresa, o móvel apresentava várias marcas de uso, as mesmas do que estava exposto na loja. Dai percebemos que se tratava do mesmo, ou seja, levaram o mostruário para ver se colava. O montador j´tinha fixado na parede, quando solicitamos que o retirasse e devolvesse a loja, pois não iriamos aceitar. Em contato com o vendedor, o mesmo alegou que não sabia o que havia acontecido, e que estaria providenciando outro móvel para fazer a substituição. O prazo determinado por eles não foi cumprido, e por esse motivo, falaram que se eu quisesse era só cancelar a venda. Vejam a falta de respeito e coerência dessa loja com os consumidores. Tenho todas as imagens fotográficas e audios gravados como prova do 171 que levei. Já ingressei com ação por danos morais em desfavor dessa loja, pois além dos danos materiais que causaram em minha casa perfurando paredes, causaram a mim e a minha família danos emocionais. Loja sem credibilidade, sem respeito ao consumidor.
Worst shopping experience I've had until today! I was totally harmed and deceived. I bought a living room panel by choosing the model that was displayed in the store's showroom. When I visited the store, I noticed all the details of the furniture, and I noticed that the exposed model had several brands of use. The seller said it had availability in stock. Well! They arrived at my house with the furniture already mounted. When we questioned the assembler, he reported that he would have set up at home to advance the service. To our surprise, the mobile had several brands of use, the same as what was displayed in the store. Dai realized that it was the same, ie took the showcase to see if it was sticking. The assembler had fixed it to the wall, when we asked him to remove it and return the shop, because we would not accept it. In contact with the seller, he claimed that he did not know what had happened, and that he would be providing another piece of furniture to make the replacement. The deadline determined by them was not fulfilled, and for that reason, they said that if I wanted to just cancel the sale. Look at the lack of respect and consistency of this store with consumers. I have all the photographic and audio images engraved as evidence of what I took. I have already filed suit for moral damages in disfavor of this store, because in addition to the material damages they caused in my house by piercing walls, caused me and my family emotional damage. Shop without credibility, without respect to the consumer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento, móveis de qualidade, porém o preço um pouco elevado e tem um prazo muito longo pra ficar pronto e entregar. Infelizmente não tive muita sorte, pois erraram a cor das cadeiras e agora tenho que esperar muito mais tempo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma das piores lojas de móveis q existe no mercado comprei um sofa na loja da cidade alta na riu Branco material na loja parecia bom mais quando chegol em casa o material de baixa qualidade isso sem falar na demora da entrega não recomendo esse loja pra ninguém.
