Em plena segunda feira de manhã (consideravelmente cedo). Logo, fui atendida na recepção, de forma: acolhedora, atenciosa e não demorada.
Que profissional maravilhosa quem coletou meu sangue. Desde a sua educação, descontração e cuidado na coleta diante o fato (do meu histórico de estourarem minhas veias... E o problema de coagulação); me senti respeitada, não doeu nada, sem qualquer transtorno. Ou seja, atendimento além de cinco estrelas.
Recebi toda atenção e orientaçÔes diante os trùmites de um exame, que é realizado somente na unidade matriz. E nada que reclamar quanto ao serviço de "café da manhã" após o exame.
