★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PIOR IMPOSSÍVEL! Fui fazer a revisão de 20k e o carro me foi entregue com um racho na lanterna traseira, danificado dentro da própria agência! Após isso só dificuldade para agendamento de troca da peça.. 3 meses depois e uma ligação do advogado, foi feito agendado da troca da lanterna danificada.
Se não bastasse isso, no dia da troca o carro foi entregue as 8h30 conforme agendado e saída marcada para as 16h30, fui finalmente buscar o carro achando que estaria pronto e naoooo! Eles iniciaram a troca as 16h30.. Estou escrevendo isso enquanto vejo eles realizarem a troca por mais de 1 hora de espera.
PALHAÇADA e descaso com o cliente, os consultores não tem nem coragem de olhar para o cliente acho que de vergonha pelo serviço prestado.
WORSE IMPOSSIBLE! I went to do the 20k revision and the car was delivered to me with a crack in the taillight, damaged inside the agency itself! After that, only difficulty to schedule the exchange of the part.. 3 months later and a call from the lawyer, the replacement of the damaged flashlight was scheduled.
If that wasn't enough, on the day of the exchange the car was delivered at 8:30 am as scheduled and departure scheduled for 4:30 pm, I finally went to get the car thinking it would be ready and nooooo! They started the exchange at 4:30 pm.. I am writing this as I watch them perform the exchange for over 1 hour of waiting.
CLOWN and negligence with the client, the consultants don't even have the courage to look at the client, I think it's shame for the service provided.
