★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com essa Empresa tem sido uma decepção. Essa empresa não aproveita o potencial dos seus clientes e também não valoriza os mesmos, faltam pessoas que possam criar e avaliar estratégia de vendas adequadas com a Logística da própria Empresa. A mesna Empresa não efetua troca de produtos, não repõe os produtos que vem faltando nas caixas, não cumpre o prazo de entrega. Essa mesma Empresa tem funcionários comuns que tem mais autoridade que seus líderes (Encarregado, Supervisor ou Gerente) pois são esses funcionários que decidem qual cliente vai receber produtos e o cliente que vai ficar sem mercadoria pra trabalhar. A Empresa Ambev abre preço somente em um dia da semana para alguns segmentos exemplo (Ramo atividade Adega) automaticamente a Logística não vai conseguir dar conta das entregas, pois o volume de vendas aumenta muito e automaticamente faltam veículos e funcionários para distribuir e atender seus clientes.

The same Company does not exchange products, does not replace the products that are missing from the boxes, does not meet the delivery deadline. This same company has ordinary employees who have more authority than their leaders (Supervisor, Supervisor or Manager) because it is these employees who decide which customer will receive products and the customer who will be without merchandise to work. The Ambev Company opens prices only on a day of the week for some sample segments (Wine business area) automatically Logistics will not be able to handle deliveries, as the sales volume increases a lot and automatically there is a lack of vehicles and employees to distribute and serve its customers. .
