★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em dezembro de 2018 comprei uma mala da primícia (com "p" minúsculo mesmo!) e na primeira viagem que fiz, em janeiro de 2019, a alça quebrou-se, no momento em que o motorista do táxi pegou. Reclamei junto à loja em que adquiri a mala e indicaram-me o e-mail para reclamação.
Enviei fotos e descrevi minuciosamente o que aconteceu. Prometeram-me enviar nova alça (em fevereiro/2019), mas nunca recebi. Voltei a reclamar; recebi pedido de desculpas e nova promessa de envio da alça. Estou a esperar até hoje... Sei que nunca chegará! Fui enganada! Estou com uma mala com alça quebrada e sem uso.?
Pensei ser atendida ou ressarcida, mas fui ludibriada por uma empresa que, pela fama, pensei que fosse séria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito chateada com a conduta de praticamente suborno. Fui solicitar um documento da minha mãe, de quando ela trabalhou la e o rapaz cobrou dela 250,00. Um absurdo, pq ela necessita desse documento pra dar entrada na aposentadoria. Difícil viver em um mundo onde a ganância reina. Lembrando que sobre a primícia não tenho nada contra, tenho sobre o funcionário que ágil dessa forma.
Very upset with the behavior of practically bribery. I went to request a document from my mother, when she worked there and the boy charged her 250.00. An absurd, because she needs this document to enter retirement. Difficult to live in a world where greed reigns.
