★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pudesse dava nenhuma estrela. Atendimento péssimo, lugar desorganizado. Minha esposa foi lá (acompanhei tudo), muita gente que chegou depois foram atendidos antes dela. Quando ela chegou a questionar com a funcionária, disse a ela que o cargo dela era abaixo de tal pessoa. Muita discriminação. Ela esperou a ser atendida depois de uma hora e meia de relógio. Descaso com os pacientes de tanta demora muita mesmo, para enfim chegar na consulta e a médica perguntar ao paciente o que ele respondeu na ficha.
If I could, it would give no stars. Terrible service, disorganized place. My wife went there (I followed everything), many people who arrived later were treated before her. When she came to question the employee, I told her that her position was below that person. A lot of discrimination. She expected to be answered after an hour and a half on the clock. I neglect the patients for such a very long time, to finally arrive at the appointment and the doctor asks the patient what he answered in the form.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem o mínimo de respeito pelas pessoas! Liguei antes de ir, expliquei o caso; disseram que seria atendida. Fui na clínica; peguei uma ficha (imunda por sinal, um nojo) e aguardei mais de uma hora para a que me disseram que não fazem o atendimento que precisava. Negativa essa que poderia ter sido feita ao telefone, como nas outras clínicas, ou logo que cheguei, por já ser um caso incomum na rotina deles.
No respect for people at all! I called before I went, explained the case; They said they would be taken care of. I went to the clinic; I took a form (filthy by the way, disgusting) and waited more than an hour for the one to be told that they don't do the service I needed. This denial could have been done over the phone, as in other clinics, or as soon as I arrived, as it was already an unusual case in their routine.

Falta de educação e respeito com as pessoas
Desorganização total com a documentação e senhas distribuídas que não são seguidas
Recepcionista que infelizmente não peguei o nome me desrespeitou e me xingou....
Banheiro sujo
Ninguém se preocupar se tem aglomeração
Mais de 2 horas para ser atendida ( detalhe estava em jejum há mais de 8 horas.)
O rapaz que fica na recepção esquece o nome do paciente toda hora... conselho: tenha respeito pelas pessoas e anote o nome num papel ao invés de perguntar 100 vezes a mesma coisa
Não cumprem o que combinam!
Lamentável.... Se eu fosse a administradora do local pegava meu diploma rasgava e jogava no lixo.
Ressalva positiva e elogios: para a enfermeira Lilian que,de verdade, não sei como ela consegue conviver com tanta incompetência aí redor dela com outros funcionários.
Ela é uma graça de pessoa excelente profissional e certamente merecia trabalhar num lugar melhor.
Triste demais.... Só lamento que tantos outros passem por isso passaram e talvez ainda passe.
Vou formalizar minha reclamação por email e espero um retorno.

Lack of education and respect for people
Total disorganization with documentation and passwords distributed that are not followed
Receptionist who unfortunately didn't get the name disrespected me and cursed me....

More than 2 hours to be attended (detail was fasting for more than 8 hours.)
The guy who stays at the reception forgets the patient's name all the time... advice: have respect for people and write down the name on paper instead of asking the same thing 100 times
They don't do what they agree!
Regrettable.... If I were the administrator of the place, I would take my diploma, tear it up and throw it in the trash.
Positive caveat and praise: for the nurse Lilian who, I really don't know how she manages to live with so much incompetence around her with other employees.
She is an excellent professional person and certainly deserved to work in a better place.
Too sad.... I'm just sorry that so many others have gone through this and maybe still will.
I will formalize my complaint by email and wait for a response.
