★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento . Controle de senhas confuso as atendentes misturam os prontuários, não sabem quem chegou primeiro , eu por exemplo cheguei as 07:20 senha 17 pessoas com a senha 50 foram atendidas na minha frente , médico me atendeu as 10: 20 da manhã

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar de infraestrutura precária, os horários agendados não são respeitados, demorei mais de 2 horas para ser atendido, fui chamado pelo nome errado três vezes, não possui sistema de senha, mudam as pessoas de sala de espera diversas vezes, Este lugar necessita de melhorias urgente!! Desrespeito com as pessoas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisava fazer um exame ontem no local e após ler os comentários pensei que iria sair de lá estressado, mas na realidade foi o contrário,
o atendimento foi excelente, princípalmente a educação dos funcionários, a demora para atender nem foi tanta porque estava lendo livro, e o processo ao todo foi simples e direto,
o único ponto ruim para mim foram algumas pessoas na sala de espera que deixavam o celular no som alto para tocar vídeos e músicas, mas, pessoas sem bom senso tem em todo lugar.
I needed to take an exam yesterday at the site and after reading the comments I thought I would leave there stressed, but in reality it was the other way around,
the service was excellent, especially the education of the employees, the delay in attending was not so long because I was reading a book, and the process as a whole was simple and straightforward,
the only bad point for me was some people in the waiting room who kept their cell phones on high to play videos and music, but people with no common sense have it everywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau atendimento na DLC a empresa que eu trabalho tinha marcado os exames no horário eles não seguem o protocolo de horário e ainda deixa você esperando para o lado de fora da clínica um tempo atendimento muito ruim
Bad service at the DLC the company I work for had scheduled the exams on time they do not follow the time protocol and they still leave you waiting outside the clinic a very bad time
