★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento com minha mãe ótimo , mas porém ela precisa retornar ao médico sobre uma erne que ela operou, e ninguém atende , e faz dias que estamos tentando ligar , impossível falar nesse lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, perderam o meu exame, sou de outra cidade, liguei antes de ir até lá pra buscar uma segunda via do exame, e simplesmente quando meu esposo chegou lá, eles informaram que estavam mudando o sistema e não podiam imprimir o exame e também não podiam mandar o resultado por e-mail, vou retornar no medico sem o exame pq simplesmente perderam e não podem fazer mais nada, péssimo atendimento, péssima organização.
Terribly, they lost my exam, I'm from another city, I called before going there to get a duplicate of the exam, and just when my husband got there, they informed me that they were changing the system and they couldn't print the exam and also not they could send the result by e-mail, I'll go back to the doctor without the exam because they simply lost and can't do anything else, bad service, bad organization.

Foatendeminto de emergencia com os agendados uma bagunça .nota 0 para o Ame de Salto.
My Mother's exam scheduled for 9:30 am, she was seen at 11:45 am, it's a disgrace to do this with an elderly person.

They don't answer the phone, taking 60km just to make an appointment seems illogical to me in a scenario where there are several ways to communicate at a distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível tirando o médico e as mulheres da refeição que me atenderam bem. O resto foi horrível e desumano.
Enfermeiras despreparadas, mal educadas.
Quarto imundo, só limpavam o quarto de quem tinha acompanhante, quarto sem csmpainha se a gente precisasse chamar enfermeira.
A maioria dos funcionarios inclusive enfermeiras, e tbem pacientes sem mascaras, protocolo da Covid Zero.
Fiz cirurgia de hernia levei 12 pontos e por erro da enfermeira Suelen que ao invez de pedir ambulância pediu carro tive que enfrentar 5 horas sentado, me recusei queriam me proibir de entrar esperar dentro do hospital uma ambulância( isso ja era 19h da noite), briguei entrei no hospital para esperar a ambulância, ai venho uma enfermeira chamada Paula se achando a doutora, me obrigou a sair do hospital, pq disse que minha ambulancia nao viria, que tinham mentido pra mim, que eu teria que vir sentado pq a cirurgia de hernia( mesmo sendo 16 pontos, 8 em cada lado nao oferecia perigo), falei que viria mais se acontecesse algo iria processar ela e o hospital, ela zombou de mim e disse:
Pode fazer eu assumo todos os riscos.
Agora estou aqui em minha cidade morrendo de dor e sem nem poder levantar sozinho pra ir no banheiro.
Tenho uma filmagem de um paciente só de cueca no leito( sem camisola do hospital), vi paciente fumando no banheiro e ninguem fez nada.
Em fim um descaso total.
Horrible apart from the doctor and the women from the meal who served me well. The rest was horrible and inhumane.
Unprepared, poorly educated nurses.
Dirty room, they only cleaned the room of those who had a companion, room without a companion if we had to call a nurse.
Most employees including nurses, and also patients without masks, Covid Zero protocol.
I had hernia surgery, it took 12 stitches and by mistake of the nurse Suelen who instead of asking for an ambulance asked for a car I had to sit for 5 hours, I refused they wanted to prohibit me from going inside the hospital to wait for an ambulance (it was already 7 pm), I fought I entered the hospital to wait for the ambulance, then I came a nurse named Paula, finding herself the doctor, she forced me to leave the hospital, because she said that my ambulance would not come, that they had lied to me, that I would have to come seated because of the surgery of hernia (even though it was 16 stitches, 8 on each side was not dangerous), I said that more would come if something happened I would sue her and the hospital, she mocked me and said:
You can make me assume all risks.
Now I'm here in my city dying of pain and without even being able to get up alone to go to the bathroom.
I have a footage of a patient in his underwear in bed (no hospital shirt), I saw a patient smoking in the bathroom and no one did anything.
In the end, total neglect.
