★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinica muito bem estruturada mas, o Dr. Marcelo Fruet nunca cumpre com sua agenda de horários.
É um excelente médico, mas horrível na gestão de horários não tem uma consulta que ele não chegue mais de uma hora de atraso, as pessoas também tem compromissos e horários e isso faz com que percamos metade do dia. se não consegue atender no horário marcado, então não marque hora rio algum e atenda por ordem de chegada.
Very well structured clinic, but Dr. Marcelo Fruet never complies with his schedule.
He is an excellent doctor, but he is horrible at managing times. He doesn’t have an appointment if he doesn’t arrive more than an hour late, people also have appointments and schedules and that makes us miss half the day. if you are unable to attend at the scheduled time, then do not make an appointment at any river and answer on a first come, first served basis.

O atendimento dado do início ao fim foi nota 10! Desde o agendamento com o próprio Dr Luiz Mestieri, passando pelas recepcionistas, até a consulta, onde fui ouvida pacientemente e tive todas as minhas dúvidas esclarecidas.
A impressão anterior foi completamente revertida e tenho a certeza de ser assistida por uma equipe competente e muito profissional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O melhor lugar, me sinto em casa, me sinto acolhida, tenho a melhor recepção, desde o agendamento da consulta até no dia da consulta, tenho o melhor atendimento de enfermagem, melhor atendimento médico por parte de todos os médicos.
Mas em particular, Dra Bruna e Dr Luiz, são médicos maravilhosos, preocupados com seus pacientes, atenciosos, seres humanos maravilhosos.
Eu só tenho elogios e gratidão por esse clínica e todos da equipe.

The best place, I feel at home, I feel welcomed, I have the best reception, from scheduling the appointment to the day of the appointment, I have the best nursing care, the best medical care from all the doctors.

Minha consulta estava agendada para 08h20, um dia antes entraram em contato informando que o Dr Adriano Navarro só começaria a atender às 09h00 e pediram que eu chegasse às 08h50.
Pois bem, fiz o combinado.
Saí da Clínica às 09h45, o médico ainda não havia chegado. Pedi meu dinheiro de volta (400,00) e fui embora.
Sou muito compreensiva quanto à imprevistos, principalmente se tratando de horários médicos, mas entendo que o paciente também deve ser respeitado. E o valor da consulta não é barato, não estamos pedindo um favor.

Well, I did the deal.
I left the Clinic at 9:45 am, the doctor still hadn't arrived. I asked for my money back (400.00) and left.
I am very understanding about unforeseen events, especially when it comes to medical schedules, but I understand that the patient must also be respected. And the consultation fee is not cheap, we are not asking for a favor.
