Em 04/1, a unidade Riomar me agendou para o Iguatemi por não ter disponibilidade de agenda porém, chegando lá a atendentente simplesmente olha para mim e diz: DESCULPA MAS, A SRA. NÃO ESTÁ AGENDADA AQUI.
Resumindo:

Several times I got a TERRIBLE service (neglect at the reception; no scheduling option; etc).
On January 4, the Riomar unit booked me for Iguatemi because I didn't have a schedule available, however, when I got there, the attendant simply looked at me and said: SORRY BUT, MRS. IT IS NOT SCHEDULED HERE.
