 Ameplan doesn't have Gastro in the south zone of SP !! ? I called clinics in the region and they answer yes ameplan, but you don't schedule! How to solve? I spend hours on the phone and they don't answer! Don't have a bag? Don't have an ombudsman? What to do ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No momento em que minha mãe mais precisou a experiência nesse Hospital foi um descaso total , ambulância toda quebrada , durante a internação não foi feito nenhum tipo de exame , ela foi p esse hospital para ficar deitada somente , o cardiologista do particular e do sus solicitaram CINTILOGRAFIA FOI RECUSADO PELO CONVÊNIO , UMA DROGA , ACREDITO QUE NEM OS FUNCIONÁRIOS UTILIZAM ESSE TIPO DE CONVÊNIO DE TÃO RUIM . PÉSSIMO NÃO SEI COMO ANS NÃO TOMA UMA ATITUDE .
At the moment when my mother needed the experience in this hospital the most, it was a total neglect, the ambulance was broken, during hospitalization no exam was performed, she went to this hospital to lie down only, the cardiologist of the private and the SUS requested SCIENTILOGRAPHY WAS REFUSED BY THE AGREEMENT, A DRUG, I BELIEVE THAT NOT EMPLOYEES USE THAT TYPE OF AGREEMENT SO BAD. TERRIBLE I DON'T KNOW HOW ANS DOESN'T TAKE ACTION.

Infelizmente está pior que o SUS, são meses para marcar uma consulta e depois meses para exames e retornar ao médico.
Private clinics are all being de-accredited.
Unfortunately it is worse than the SUS, it takes months to make an appointment and then months for exams and return to the doctor.

Me marcaram um retorno as 11:00 am, dizendo que era por horário agendado, cheguei as 10:20am para nao chegar em cima da hora, ja deu 13:00pm e ainda não me atenderam, alegando que é por ordem de chegada.
O médico ORLANDO RIBEIRO chegou atrasado mais de 30 minutos e além disso é de uma grosseria impressionante, mal educado e visivelmente infeliz com a profissão que escolheu, resumindo um péssimo profissional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior plano de saúde que já tive... Preciso passar com mastologista e oncologista semestral, no início tinha todos em minha cidade agora excluíram todos, só tem muito distante.
Não gostei.. antes de fazer falam uma coisa, depois vem a dificuldade de conseguir um profissional mais próximo de casa.
