★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa não recomendo para ninguém, todo dia enviam um Técnico diferente para o turno Noturno que dorme a noite toda e não sabe nem ligar um oxigênio.
Os Profissionais que são bons largam a casa por Falta de Pagamento pois a Coperativa não faz o Pagamento corretamente
 Terrible company I don't recommend it to anyone, every day they send a different Technician to the night shift who sleeps all night and doesn't even know how to turn on oxygen.
Professionals who are good leave the house for lack of payment because the Coperativa does not make the payment correctly

O NOME DA PEDIATRIC É O ‘’TERROR’’ DOS PROFISSIONAIS NA MINHAREGIÃO.NINGUÉM QUER! QUEM AINDA ESTÁ É POR UM POUCO DE CONSIDERAÇÃOE AMOR PELO PACIENTE, MAIS O AMOR NÃO PAGA AS CONTAS DE NINGUÉM.
ATRAVÉS DESTE DEIXO MINHA INSATISFAÇÃO COM A NOVA GESTÃO.
- ATRASAM O DIA DO PAGAMENTO;
- VALOR MUITO ABAIXO EM VISTA DE OUTRAS COOPERATIVAS PARA PLANTÃO E ATENDIMENTOS;
- DESCONTOS ALTÍSSIMOS E MUITAS TAXAS (INCLUSIVE DE BANCO);
- FALTA DE COMUNICAÇÃO, ENTRE OUTROS;
EU COMO MÃE DE UM PACIENTE QUE PRECISA DESSE RECURSO CUSTAMOS A FORMAR UMA EQUIPE DE QUALIDADE, E NÃO ACEITO ME DESFAZER DELA EM HIPÓTESE ALGUMA. NÃO SOU UMA MÃE QUE CAUSA ‘’PROBLEMAS’’ PARA ACOOPERATIVA (POIS SEI QUE EXISTE INÚMERAS) MAS SE AS PROVIDÊNCIAS DEVIDAS NÃO FOREM TOMADAS PASSAREI SER ESSA MÃE.
AGUARDO SOLUÇÕES O QUANTO ANTES.
SINCE THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER 2021 WE HAVE BEEN 'ASSISTED BY PEDIATRIC'' AND UNTIL THEN I HAD NO COMPLAINTS, BUT THIS YEAR EVERYTHING HAS TURNED UPside Down. THE NAME OF PEDIATRIC IS THE “TERROR” OF PROFESSIONALS IN MYREGION.NOBODY WANTS IT! WHO IS STILL IS FOR A LITTLE CONSIDERATION AND LOVE FOR THE PATIENT, BUT LOVE DOESN'T PAY ANYONE'S BILLS.
THROUGH THIS I LEAVE MY DISSATISFACTION WITH THE NEW MANAGEMENT.
- DELAY THE DAY OF PAYMENT;
- VERY LOWER VALUE IN VIEW OF OTHER COOPERATIVES FOR DUTY AND SERVICES;
- HUGE DISCOUNTS AND MANY FEES (INCLUDING BANK);
- LACK OF COMMUNICATION, AMONG OTHERS;
ME AS A MOTHER OF A PATIENT WHO NEED THIS RESOURCE, IT IS COSTS TO FORM A QUALITY TEAM, AND I DO NOT ACCEPT TO GET PART OF IT IN ANY EVENT. I'M NOT A MOTHER WHO CAUSES ''PROBLEMS'' FOR COOPERATIVES (FOR I KNOW THERE ARE INnumerable) BUT IF THE DUE PROVISIONS ARE NOT TAKEN, I WILL BECOME THAT MOTHER.
WAITING FOR SOLUTIONS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Sendo que tem casa que pagam o dobro, gostaria de saber o porque fazem essas diferenças com os pacientes?
Como uma empresa que lida com vida não tem se quer uma profissional satisfeita, e foi prometido pelo dono da empresa o Senhor Heberth em reunião comigo uma melhoria salarial, as profissionais competentes não assumem pacientes porque não são bem remuneradas e aí só ficam as péssimas auxiliares, se pagassem pelo menos o mínimo teriam fila de pessoas para trabalhar e não iam oferecer um péssimo atendimento aos pacientes, fácil jogar a culpa nas cooperativas sendo que é a pediatric que repassa valores
They promise improvements and don't deliver, professionals completely dissatisfied

As a company that deals with life doesn't want a satisfied professional, and Mr. Heberth promised a salary improvement in a meeting with me, the competent professionals do not take on patients because they are not well paid and that's only the terrible assistants , if they paid at least the minimum, they would have a line of people to work and they would not offer bad care to patients, it is easy to blame the cooperatives, since it is the pediatrician who passes on the values

O CONTROLE DAS ESCALAS NÃO FUNCIONA. NINGUEM QUER TRABALHAR PARA A PEDIATRIC PQ PAGAM POUCO E NÃO CONSEGUEM ADMINISTRAR UMA SIMPLES ESCADA DE 1 PACIENTE.
Não passa 3 meses sem dar problema. Ou é com remedio, ou com profissional, ou com alra, ou com admissão de paciente.
PIOR HOMECARE ATUANDO NO MERCADO DA SAÚDE DISPARADO. E O PIOR. VOLTADO PARA. PUBLICO INFANTIL.
Eu como pai tenho dó de todas as crianças q estão sob os cuidados desta empresa. Se vc é pai e o convenio de vcs oferece a opção PEDIATRIC. Corra. A PEDIATRIC é o exemplo de empresas que nao deveriam existir no país.
Cuidado a todos os pais que amam seus filhos. Fiquem longe desta empresa irresponsavel e sem um pongo de moral de ética.
Nao estou escrevendo por impulso. Estou apenas avaliando este LIXO de homecare na qual esta cuidando do meu filho infelizmente.
SIMPLY A TRASH
SCALE CONTROL DOES NOT WORK. NOBODY WANTS TO WORK FOR PEDIATRIC BECAUSE THEY PAY LITTLE AND CAN'T MANAGE A SIMPLE 1 PATIENT LADDER.
Not 3 months go by without a problem. Either it's with medicine, or with a professional, or with an alert, or with the admission of a patient.
WORST HOMECARE ACTING IN THE RISING HEALTH MARKET. AND THE WORST. FACING. CHILDREN PUBLIC.
As a father, I feel sorry for all the children who are under the care of this company. If you are a father and your agreement offers the PEDIATRIC option. Run. PEDIATRIC is an example of companies that should not exist in the country.
Beware all parents who love their children. Stay away from this irresponsible and unethical company.
I'm not writing on impulse. I'm just evaluating this homecare TRASH in which you are taking care of my son unfortunately.
