Me senti desrespeitado, pois ao pedir para fazer o “pé do cabelo” fui abordado que deveria ser pago e eu em nenhum momento disse que queria o serviço de graça! E para não realizar o serviço eles ainda reforçaram que para fazer o que queria, deveria pagar por um corte de cabelo… Talvez se tivesse chegado de carro e com roupa de marca, eles teriam me dado um atendimento digno, como realizavam com outro cliente que estava com estas características. E só deixar claro o problema não foi o dinheiro, eu só fui a está barbearia pq fica próximo de minha casa, estava com traje simples e fui julgado por isso. Reforçando o problema não era pagar o valor, mas pela forma desrespeitosa, eles não verão a cor do meu dinheiro e não recomendarei a ninguém.
Unfortunately today was the last time I used the service from this location.
I felt disrespected, because when I asked to do the “haircut” I was told that I should be paid and I never said I wanted the service for free! And in order not to perform the service, they reinforced that to do what I wanted, I had to pay for a haircut... Maybe if I had arrived by car and with designer clothes, they would have given me a decent service, as they did with another client who had these characteristics. And just make it clear the problem wasn't the money, I just went to this barbershop because it's close to my house, I was wearing simple clothes and I was judged for it. Reinforcing the problem was not paying the amount, but by disrespectful manner, they won't see the color of my money and I won't recommend it to anyone.
