★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar da boa estrutura física do local, o atendimento para quem utiliza o cupom do peixe urbano é péssimo. Há um preconceito enorme no atendimento de quem compra o corte pelo peixe urbano em relação a quem paga pelo preço "normal". O barbeiro Fernandes cortou meu cabelo numa rapidez e grosseria tremenda, que por esse motivo não volto mais nessa barbearia! Tinha comentado sobre essa barbearia nova com uns amigos meus, mas agora que conheci pessoalmente não indico mais para ninguém!
Despite the good physical structure of the place, the service for those who use the urban fish coupon is terrible. There is a huge prejudice in the care of those who buy the cut by the urban fish in relation to who pays for the "normal" price. The barber Fernandes cut my hair in a tremendous speed and rudeness, which is why I will never come back to this barbershop! I had commented on this new barber shop with some friends of mine, but now that I have met in person, I will not tell anyone else!

Os donos ou o dono...o barbeiro..ou sei lá, quem administra, não tem a menor noção! Eu fiz um corte simples de máquina e barba com tintura na mesma, com minha tinta que levei, paguei, PASMO, 140 REAIS!
Achei mto mto mto absurdo. Queria pegar e colar o cabelo novamente. Precisam rever conceitos de prestação de serviço e preços. Nunca mais. Deus me livre!
How was my experience ?? TERRIBLE !!
The owners or the owner ... the barber ... or whatever, who manages, has no idea! I made a simple cut of a machine and a beard with dye in it, with my ink that I took, paid for, PASMO, 140 REAL!
I thought it was very absurd. I wanted to pick and paste my hair again. They need to review concepts of service provision and prices. Never. God forbid!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A barbearia disponibiliza promoção para corte no peixe urbano, porém, trata os clientes com diferença. Cortaram meu cabelo (grande) em menos de 10 minutos e sem capricho. Nem secaram meu cabelo nem ajeitaram o pé do pescoço. Fui tratado com diferença a partir do momento que falei que tinha comprado no peixe urbano. Me senti lesado enquanto cliente e não volto mais.
The barber shop offers promotion for cutting in urban fish, but treats customers with difference. They cut my hair (big) in less than 10 minutes and without whim. Nor did they dry my hair or straighten the foot of the neck. I was treated differently from the moment I said I had bought it in the urban fish. I felt harmed as a customer and will not come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já estive neste local. Até que gostei. Recentemente vi alguns comentários sobre o local. Que disponibiliza cupons no peixe urbano por R$ 15,99. E trata o cliente com indiferença. Mas também o cara cobra R$ 60,00 pelo corte pra clientes pela primeira vez e depois R$ 35,00. o que é absurdo desse jeito na quer aumentar a clientela. E como é que o profissional cobra um valor no peixe urbano que é 1/4 do seu preço. Outra coisa é que quem colocou no peixe urbano foi o próprio dono .então... se é pra atender o cliente com desprezo melhor não vender.
I've been to this place. I liked it. I recently saw some comments about the place. That offers coupons on urban fish for R $ 15.99. And he treats the customer with indifference. But the guy also charges R $ 60.00 for cutting customers for the first time and then R $ 35.00. which is absurd in that way doesn’t want to increase the clientele. And how does the professional charge a value on urban fish that is 1/4 of its price. Another thing is that whoever put it in urban fish was the owner himself.
