★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, solicitei duas amostras de perfumes pra trazer para meu namorado e eu escolhermos os perfumes antecipadamente antes de ir até a loja de fato comprar, mas a vendedora disse que não tinha nenhuma amostra que apenas tinha os provadores lá.
Mas eu sei que é mentira, pois já comprei outras vezes na loja do Natal shoping e sempre vieram amostras nas compras, ai me pergunto pq fazem isso? Se as amostras são para os clientes.
Cada vez mais prefiro comprar pela internet, pois sempre, vem um brinde, vem amostras e o atendimento é excelente, não tem isso de dar de cara com vendedoras de caras amarradas onde não fazem questão em nada de agradar o cliente.
Bad service, I requested two samples of perfumes to bring to my boyfriend and I pick the perfumes in advance before going to the store to actually buy, but the seller said there was no sample that just had the dressing rooms there.
But I know it's a lie, because I bought other times in shoping Christmas shop and always come samples in shopping, there wonder cuz do it? If the samples are to customers.
More and more I prefer to buy over the Internet, because always comes a freebie, comes samples and the service is excellent, there is no need to face sellers with tied faces where they do not care about pleasing the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só coloquei 1 estrela pq ñ tenho outra opção. Achei o atendimento péssimo, as vendedoras dizem uma coisa e depois ñ cumprem o q dizem. Comprei um perfume com o valor super alto e pedi uma miniatura como brinde, pois faço coleção, elas simplesmente negaram, falaram que ñ tinha miniatura, quando na verdade tem sim. O caso mais recente foi que fui novamente comprar um perfume tb de valor bem alto, a vendedora acordou um valor de desconto comigo e quando eu liguei p confirmar e ir pegar o produto, ela disse completamente o contrário e ainda aumentou mais o valor do perfume, totalmente despreparada para atender o público e desrespeitosa, mas ainda tem outra vendedora que chega a ser pior. Então fui na loja do segundo piso do Midway e comprei o mesmo perfume com desconto ótimo, vendedora educada e atenciosa, foi na loja SoFF, a qual recomendo MUITO, agora a loja Americanews perfumes NÃO RECOMENDO PRA NINGUÉM. Vou comprar fora do país mas lá eu nãoo compro mais de jeito nenhum.?
I only put 1 star because I have no other option. I found the service very bad, the salespeople say one thing and then they do not fulfill what they say. I bought a perfume with the super high value and I asked for a miniature as a gift, because I make a collection, they simply denied it, they said that it had no miniature, when in fact it has. The most recent case was that I went again to buy a perfume tb of very high value, the seller woke up a discount value with me and when I called p confirm and go get the product, she said completely the opposite and still increased the value of the perfume , totally unprepared to meet the public and disrespectful, but there is still another saleswoman who is worse. So I went to the second floor store of the Midway and bought the same perfume with great discount, educated and attentive seller, it was in the SoFF store, which I recommend VERY much, now the store Americanews perfumes I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. I'm going to buy out of the country, but I do not buy it any more. "
