★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domingo 11/06 minha cunhada esteve na loja para a compra de um medicamento . No balcão foi oferecido outro medicamento pela promotora da Bio vet como genérico. Minha cunhada acreditou que fosse o mesmo medicamento e comprou. Ao informar ao veterinario foi repreendida pelo mesmo pois o medicamento não é o mesmo. Ele receitou um anti lactogenico e foi vendido a ela um anticoncepcional hormonal, medicamento sabidamente causador de câncer em cadelas. A atendente se recusou a trocar o medicamento. Não havia gerente,tampouco veterinario na loja. A promotora não poderia indicar medicamento diferente pois não é veterinária,o que cacteriza exercício ilegal da profissão. Muito decepcionada com o atendimento da loja. Fica meu protesto contra essas pessoas que acham que podem receitar medicamentos sem terem competência para tal.

There was no manager or veterinarian in the store. The prosecutor could not indicate a different medication because she is not a veterinarian, which characterizes illegal exercise of the profession. Very disappointed with the store's service. My protest is against those people who think they can prescribe medication without being competent to do so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer a troca de dois produtos que comprei na loja e fui super mal atendida. Uma funcionária no balcão atendendo todo mundo, outro funcionário no balcão no celular sem fazer nada. O próprio gerente da loja que efetuou a troca super de má vontade e estupido. Não volto mais

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse pessoal deveria estudar um pouco de logística , como pode montar uma ao lado da outra entre anil e freguesia , ser o mesmo dono e uma loja não pode pegar a mercadoria da outra . Onde eu moro somente do anil faz entrega , freguesia não leva, aí no anil já é a segunda semana que eu peço ração dos meus gatos e não tem no anil,mas na freguesia tem ,porém não entregam na minha casa somente a loja do anil. Faz sentido isso???

A estrutura é excelente,os funcionarios atenciosos e educados.
Faço tudo no AMEIRICAN PET,
Começando pela compra de remédios,Compra de rações,Banho e tosa.
Últimamente devido ao grande movimento do posto Shell durante a madrugada.Se tornou um inviável chegar até vocês devido a grande quantidade de garrafas largadas e quebradas ao redor do posto.
Outro dia entrou um caco de vidro na pata do meu Pet.
Sem contar a calçada onde fica a loja que é.mínima invadida pelos veículos estacionados não respeitado os direitos dos pedestres e seus animais.
O posto não age corretamente em relação a limpeza.Falta administração e ordem.
Peço que comuniquem ao posto e tomem as devidas providencias.
Caso continue este desconforto serei obrigado a mudar para outro lugar.Deixando de ser cliente.

The other day a shard of glass came into my Pet's paw.
Not to mention the sidewalk where the store is located. Minimally invaded by parked vehicles not respecting the rights of pedestrians and their animals.
The post does not act correctly in relation to cleaning. Lack of administration and order.
I ask you to communicate to the post and take the necessary measures.
If this discomfort continues, I will be forced to move to another place.
