★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca mais dou banho no meu pet aí!! Me cobraram a mais porque supostamente tinha o pelo muito embolado (nunca fizeram isso no outro pet que o levo, mas blz, compreendi e paguei a mais). Aí vem a beleza de serviço: não pentearam o rabo do cachorro, nem a barriga, devolveram ele úmido, o pelo todo quebrado... Perguntei no whatsapp o que houve, por que o pelo dele estava daquele jeito, se não haviam esquecido de fazer a hidratação (que eu paguei a mais também, diga-se de passagem) e estou há 20 dias esperando a resposta. Detalhe: ainda fiquei dentro do box durante a tosa higiênica ajudando a menina que estava de má vontade com ele.
I will never bathe my pet there again!! They charged me more because I supposedly had a lot of tangled hair (they never did this on the other pet I take him, but blz, I understood and paid more). Here comes the beauty of service: they didn't comb the dog's tail or belly, they returned it wet, the fur all broken... I asked on whatsapp what happened, why his fur was like that, if they hadn't forgotten to to do the hydration (which I paid more too, by the way) and I've been waiting for the answer for 20 days. Detail: I was still inside the box during the hygienic grooming helping the girl who was unwilling with him.
