★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive contato diretamente com o gerente e vi nele uma pessoa extremamente chata, parece não saber lidar com as pessoas e também com funcionário. Gritava o tempo todo com os outros, além de ser extremamente grosso conosco.
Em relação aos outros vendedores são educados e simpáticos. Minha ressalva fica apenas aquela pessoa específica, eu sei que o atendimento ao público é estressante e que desgasta mas nada justifica tratar as pessoas de má vontade ou com grosseria.
I had direct contact with the manager and I saw him as an extremely boring person, he seems not to know how to deal with people and also with employees. He screamed all the time at others, as well as being extremely rude to us.
In relation to the other salespeople they are polite and friendly. My caveat is just that specific person, I know that the public service is stressful and that it wears out but nothing justifies treating people unwillingly or rudely.
