★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima. Frequento essa loja porque é a única próxima ao meu trabalho, mas a cada dia o atendimento fica pior. Até sacolas plásticas eles recusam. Pedi para reforçar pois estava de moto e a palavra da funcionária do caixa foi que só reforçam quando está muito pesado. Mesmo eu justificando novamente ela se recusou. A única estrela fica pelo respeito ao trabalho de 3 funcionários que atendem bem.

The only star is the respect for the work of 3 employees who serve well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior Lojas Americanas da cidade sem sombra de dúvida. O atendimento ao caixa é demorado demais, são filas e filas, o que causa grande transtorno. Outro problema é na hora de trocar um produto, onde o descaso é ainda maior, pois deixam o cliente em pé por horas no maior descaso, como se estivessem fazendo um favor quando é um direito. De duas, uma: ou o encarregado(a) da gerência/supervisão é péssimo, não tem competência alguma para exercer o cargo, fazendo vista grossa tanto para os clientes como para os demais funcionários, ou não há isso nessa loja, tamanha é a desorganização.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma boa rede, mas dependendo da loja, tem seções que ficam uma verdadeira bagunça. Sem contar a espera na fila... E isso vale para todas.
