★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Razoável pois o atendimento no caixa é muito demorado, as vezes vou no horário de almoço e não consigo nem comprar, pois uma fila enorme e apenas uma ou duas caixas pra atender. Americanas, contrate mais funcionários, estão perdendo cliente!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja em si é boa, produtos bem organizados, preço razoável, mas o atendimento é PÉS-SI-MO! Caixa demorado e funcionários muito mal prestativos. Quando se pergunta algo não sabe (lembrando que não foi somente uma vez que fui à loja), se for pedir alguma orientação fala pra pedir a outro e quando você quer algum produto da loja muito mal aponta para o setor que esta.
Quem esta acostumado com a loja tudo bem, porém que vai pela primeira vez que lute.
The store itself is good, well-organized products, reasonable price, but the service is PÉS-SI-MO! Slow cashier and very unhelpful staff. When you ask something you don't know (remembering that it wasn't just one time I went to the store), if you're going to ask for some guidance, you say to ask someone else and when you want a product from the store, you barely point to the sector that is.
Who is used to the store is fine, but who goes for the first time to fight.
