★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma loja padrão da Americanas, tem uma variedade grande de produtos, lá você encontra biscoitos salgados e doces, coisas para casa, roupas, alguns livros, cds, etc. Única coisa que poderia melhor é a fila extensa a noite, pois só ficam alguns caixas funcionando o atendimento é bom.
A standard Americanas store, has a wide variety of products, there you can find savory and sweet cookies, things for the home, clothes, some books, CDs, etc. The only thing that could be better is the long queue at night, as there are only a few cashiers working, the service is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seria uma sensibilidade mínima com os clientes informar o horário de fechamento mesmo no feriado. Chegar e dar com a cara na porta é horrível.
It would be a minimum sensitivity with customers to inform the closing time even on the holiday. Arriving and seeing the door is horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Falta total de gestão. Toda vez que vou ao local fico quase meia hora para passar nos caixas. Poucos funcionário e total descaso. Precisa mudar supervisão ou gerência para as coisas melhorarem. Péssimo!!! Como pode ser assim em uma loja reconhecida???
Poor experience. Total lack of management. Every time I go to the place I get almost half an hour to pass the cashiers. Few employee and total neglect. You need to change supervision or management for things to get better. Terrible!!! How can this be in a recognized store ???

The store is large, clean and well organized. The whole problem is the few cashiers serving, causing a lot of delay and long lines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de ser extremamente mal atendida nesta loja mas informam que não há gerente ou quem quer que seja para receber a reclamação. Funcionário super grosseiro no setor de informatica e eletroportáteis porque eu não quis aceitar a garantia estendida que ele tentou por mais de 10 vezes me impor. Como eu repetia que não queria nada além do produto, colocou a caixa do secador de cabelos que comprei numa sacolinha pequena se recusando a colocar o produto numa sacola que permitisse segurar pelas alças,( embora houvessem montes delas no setor) dizendo que eu não estava pagando pela sacola, que no supermercado eu pagaria então tinha que levar assim mesmo, reclamei do atendimento, péssimo, e a grosseiria aumentou. Não há a quem reclamar!
I've just been extremely poorly serviced at this store but they report that there is no manager or anyone else to take the complaint. Super rude employee in the computer and appliance sector because I didn't want to accept the extended warranty that he tried more than 10 times to impose on me. As I repeated that I wanted nothing but the product, I put the box of the hair dryer I bought in a small bag, refusing to put the product in a bag that could be held by the handles, (although there were lots of them in the sector) saying that I wasn't paying for the bag, which I would pay at the supermarket, so I had to take it anyway, I complained about the service, terrible, and the rudeness increased. There is no one to complain to!
