★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super recomendo a loja. Tranquila sem filas enormes, loja grande, atendentes educados( raro nas americanas) todos os dias tem um produto em promoção e bons preços. Da pra se comprar de tudo lá. Todos conhecem as americanas. Bom pra comprar chocolates e gordices. Além de coisas pra casa, cama mesa e banho tem produtos de limpeza higiene pessoal etc. Aceitam todos os cartões pena que n aceitam o ticket rs
O diferencial dessa loja para as outras é a fila reduzida e rápida. E o atendimento. Outro dia tive que trocar com objeto é eles foram super simpáticos rápidos e solicitos. Está o de parabéns nessa loja. Eu super recomendo.

The difference between this store and the others is the short and fast queue. And the service. The other day I had to change objects and they were super friendly, quick and helpful. Congratulations on that store. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja de departamentos imensa, mas parece um lugar abandonado: exceto o segurança que está sempre de pé na entrada e algum vendedor no balcão de celulares, no resto da loja o cliente tem que se virar sozinho para encontrar o produto ou informações. Quando chega nos caixas, são 3 no máximo se tiver sorte, as demais vazias sem atendentes. Caixa para atendimento preferencial somente no aviso pendurado, porque ninguém respeita, muito menos os próprios operadores. A política de parcelamento da compra exige valor muito elevado, distoando da realidade do consumidor brasileiro. Entrar ali, só se for para comprar muitos produtos ou por alguma ótima promoção. Não vale o tempo perdido. Horrível!
Department store is huge, but it looks like an abandoned place: except for the security guard who is always standing in the doorway and some salesperson at the cell phone counter, in the rest of the store the customer has to look alone to find the product or information. When it arrives at the cashiers, it's a maximum of 3 if you're lucky, the rest empty without attendants. Cashier for preferential service only in the hanging notice, because nobody respects, much less the operators themselves. The purchase installment policy demands very high value, highlighting the reality of the Brazilian consumer. Get in there, only if you buy a lot of products or for some great promotion. Not worth the lost time. Horrible!

Mas o descaso do atendimento na disponibilização de NF ao comprar 2 produtos na loja, me disponibilizando apenas em meio digital 72h depois da compra, fez com que eu perdesse a promoção do shopping (direito do consumidor). A promoção do shopping Metropolitano neste caso era de ganhar uma garrafa térmica nas compras acima de R$ 200,00 em qualquer loja. Seria necessário apresentar a NF no guichê correspondente no próprio shopping, porém só tive acesso ao documento 72h depois, tempo suficiente para finalizar a promoção. Infelizmente, mesmo solicitando pessoalmente e posteriormente via telefone, nada foi resolvido. Uma pena esse descaso. Ponto negativo para o atendimento desta loja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O motivo da pontuação baixa é a enorme demora em uma fila figante (veja as fotos), a pessoa que estava organizando a fila era bastante rude com o público 23/02/19 as 17:00) não usava uniforme, tratando a todos de forma muito rude. A caixa a Tais Santos, que foi chamada naquele momento, também foi muito rude no atendimento. Absurdo.
Os pontos positivos:
Sessões arrumadas, muitas opções de doces, biscoitos eletrodomésticos etc. Funcionários das sessões são atenciosos, nós ajudaram a localizar o valor de algumas mercadorias.
